LOCAL NOISE REQUIREMENTS
Guests are required to follow Anna Maria Island's noise regulations. Maximum permissible noise levels are 65 decibels between 7 AM and 10 PM and 50 decibels between 10 PM and 7 AM.
Consistent shouting in the pool can exceed the daytime limit. During nighttime hours, an audible conversation from approximately 50 feet away can exceed the 50-decibel limit.
Plainly audible noise may also constitute a violation when it can be clearly heard by responding officers from 100 feet beyond the property line. Fines for excessive noise may range from $100 to $1,000.
