Located in the beach front community of Sun Plaza West, Liddie's Place is the definition of vacation relaxation.
Our spacious condo provides all the comforts of home including a full kitchen for home crafted meals. A Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker are both provided. Dine on the enclosed balcony and take in the views.
The master suite includes a plush queen sized bed, an attached bathroom, and opens to a private balcony. The guest room has two twin beds and is conveniently located to the hall bathroom. Your guests will enjoy crisp linens and plush towels provided by our professional linen service. Each bedroom has a TV. A pull-out queen sofa sleeper is in the living room. Everyone will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and the added convenience of a full sized washer and dryer make vacationing a breeze.
When it's time for the beach, you couldn't be closer! Sun Plaza West offers private beach access for guests. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided for your day at the beach. Sun in the fun doesn't stop at the beach, Sun Plaza West also has a heated pool and tennis courts for your enjoyment. POOL IS CURRENTLY UNDER REPAIR & UNAVAILABLE FOR USE - 10/25
Liddie's Place is centrally located in Holmes Beach and close to everything the island has to offer. The free trolley stops nearby and travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches.

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.
Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.
The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
