„We did not realize there was an airport shuttle, I emailed the hotel to ask however i recieved no response back. The front desk was great and let us early checkin at 2:15 pm however when we got to our room it was not cleaned properly, hair in the bathroom sink and floor, and floor had dust bunnies...“

„When we checked in dirty rags were left in the room. In the morning there was no hot water to take a shower. When I called front desk the employee told me they are working on it and that management was on the way to the hotel. Fast forward an hour later, still no hot water. So I spoke to the front desk employee to get a partial refund and cancel my next night, she seemed like she was very bothered with that question.“

„At first look it was awesome. However taking a deeper look it becomes terrible. First check in is at 4pm and they close the pool at 6pm. Second the tv did not work making it where you had to order movies if you wanted tv. Then after everything when you sign for the 100 deposit if you do not scroll up you do not see they charge 16.50 per day out of your deposit for maintaining of their building. All this made for the experience to be not so much fun and overall a let down. They could do better ...

„Everything was really good up on checking in and checking out. The rooms were clean. The staff were very polite and understandable. My granddaughter loves the pool, which was nice and clean as well. That’s what I love. Also, is that the rooms if you’re hot, the AC will cool you up real quickly and if you’re cold, the heat works wonderfully. The staff was really great, especially the manager.
