Welcome to Paradise at the Point! Stay with comfort in this newly renovated, family-friendly home steps from the beach. Located at the renowned southern point of Topsail, enjoy access to 150 pristine acres with nearly 2 miles of gorgeous beach. Swim, float, paddleboard, kayak & fish along the calm sound-side beach, or head to the Atlantic side to enjoy the surf. After a day at the beach, relax & unwind in the cozy space and enjoy incredible sunsets from the top deck. The perfect beach vacation!

Paradise at the Point can sleep 9 guests total with 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is also a rollaway cot available.

First Floor:
The first floor has 3 of the 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom (with king Casper bed, desk/workspace, humidifier/diffuser, and private patio!), queen bedroom, and bedroom with two twin beds make up the majority of the space. Both full bathrooms on this floor are well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer for your use. Laundry is also located on the first floor with laundry detergent, stain remover, dryer sheets, iron and ironing board, and a box fan.

Second Floor:
The second floor of the home consists of a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook meals, a dining room, full bath, queen bedroom, record lounge, and living room with smart TV, games, and bluetooth speaker for entertainment.

Outdoor Spaces:
There is a sliding glass door in the living room that leads to the oversized deck equipped with string lights with sun loungers, dining table that seats 6, gas grill, swing, and two captain's chairs to enjoy the incredible sunsets over the sound. There is an additional deck located off the primary bedroom with bistro seating and a swing for some private fresh air, quiet meal/cup of coffee, or to enjoy a good book. Beneath the house, there is a small patio space with seating, bikes, and a stocked deck box with 4 beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, boogie board, bocce ball, and beach toys. There is also a stocked outdoor shower with hot water that is perfect for getting the sand off after a day at the beach.

This home is prime location to enjoy everything that Topsail Beach has to offer! The sound-side public beach access is mere steps away and the Atlantic-side beach access is only a 4 minute walk. There are local shops that offer rentals such as kayaks, paddle boards, and surfboards that we are happy to recommend!

The town of Topsail beach is only about 1.5 miles away and has some great local restaurants, shopping, skating rink, museum, putt putt golf, seafood market, pier and more!

Guests are provided with beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, bikes, boogie board, umbrella, bocce ball, and a beach toys!

For boat owners, boat parking is allowed on property the marina is located just over a mile away!
