The Space:

The Ozarks have held a special place in Yakov Smirnoff's heart for many years. Inspired by the beauty of Table Rock Lake and the welcoming spirit of Branson, he purchased these exceptional condos to give visitors more than just a place to stay. His goal was to create inviting spaces where families could disconnect from busy schedules, reconnect with each other, and experience the best of everything Branson has to offer. Every stay is meant to reflect the same warmth, laughter, and hospitality that Yakov has shared throughout his career.



This retreat welcomes you with large windows that frame picturesque views of Table Rock Lake. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, everyday essentials for preparing meals, and a breakfast bar with seating for four, while the dining area offers space for up to six guests to gather. After a day of exploring, relax in the living room with a comfortable couch, love seat, recliner, and cable TV. Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy your coffee, watch boats cruise across the water, and soak in the beauty of the Ozarks from this convenient lakeside escape.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• This home is a one level, third-floor unit with 9 steps required to reach the elevator.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

This enviable location also puts you within 15 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum.
