This property was perfect for our weekend get together. Eric reached out prior to our visit to make sure everything was ready for us. The nearby greenway trail was great for a morning run. Eric and Mark were very friendly and gave us some local recommendations. Great place.

College Soccer Game Albion vs Hope
We had a group of 9. Spacious, Plenty of room for everyone. Beds comfortable. Close to college which was the reason for our visit. We rode motorcycles so the cement driveway is a blessing. Hosts are very kind and accommodating. We all enjoyed our stay.

Great Weekend!
My family and I really enjoyed ourselves over the long holiday weekend. This home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean and the hosts were great. My children loved the welcome basket and foosball table. The house is located in a very quiet area not too far from the beach. I highly recommend staying here. The house looks even nicer in person.

Great house and welcoming hosts
We greatly enjoyed our trip to Holland and loved this rental. The hosts were very welcoming and checked in with us several times. The property was very clean. We would stay there again!

We had 10 adults and an infant in our group. We had ample space. Property is very comfortable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Eric and Mark are wonderful hosts and were available at all times. It was close to all of the activities we were interested in (beaches, shopping).

Great Rental for our Family Vacation
Our family of 11 needed a home that was roomy enough and comfortable for people ranging from ages 1 to 77 (including our dogs). The owners went over and above to make us feel welcome with a basket of treats for us and our dogs. They also had the home stocked with some necessities so that we didn’t have to immediately go shop for supplies when we arrived. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable, and we had plenty of room to move around since there were two levels, including a tv/game area in the lower level. Although the home is attached to theirs, we had plenty of privacy, including a private deck and patio area. It was actually nice having the owners close because they were there for anything we needed. Great hosts made for a great stay!

Relaxing Lake Getaway
The property is well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The two stories provided ample space for everyone to relax with privacy between outings as well as offering space to gather together. There were six of us and we had plenty of space. The location was very convenient, being centrally located between Saugatuck and Holland with short drives to both towns’ sites and beaches. Eric and Mark are exceptional hosts. They responded to communication promptly, provide an excellent document with clear property instructions and useful local area information, and delighted us with a lovely welcome basket.

Family Fun
This house was great for our family to gather for a wonderful time. Six adults stayed in the house and four others came for dinner and to hang out. There was plenty of room for playing games and the foosball table was a big hit. Thank you for the thoughtful / generous welcome basket that all enjoyed. Mark and Eric were great hosts, the house was just lovely and located in a very peaceful neighborhood. Great location from Saugatuck and the Holland state park beach. We will definitely rent this house again.

Amazing Stay
This property is absolutely perfect for a larger group. There are two bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs and then several other sleep areas. The owners are amazingly accommodating and truly strive to give you a wonderful experience.

Home away from home
Owners were very prompt in communication while setting up rental. Love the fact they are VERY available, if need be, while you are there. They are great people! Comfort zone of trust was immediate. Everyone in our group were excited about property. Kids ran to select “their” room. Baxter, our puppy, basked in the house and back patio porch. Foosball table was a hit. Competition was fierce. We plan to return to our “home away from home”.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Mark and Adam set the property to maximize your experience while in Holland. Beds were super comfortable, the place is thoughtfully decorated and furnished with anything and everything you need. The area is quiet and close from downtown (12 minute drive). The foosball table added a fun touch to the basement which we enjoyed! I will come back to this place for sure! Thank you!

Excellent Vacation rental
The property is well located right between Holland and Saugatuck with very easy access to Lake Michigan beaches. The area around the rental has nice biking trails around and to downtown Holland. The house was very clean with lots of nice touches that made us feel welcome. Great rental and the owners were easy to communicate with.
