Der allgemeine Bereich des Hotels ist hübsch gemacht und gut gepflegt. Es gab tolles Frühstück. Die Zimmer haben recht neue Betten. Leider ist das Bad dringend renovierungsbedürftig.

Smelled like pot going to our room off the elevator. My wife has a hard time walking and u cant use your card with any of the side doors for convenience. U have to walk clear to lobby and then back down to elevators. Shower drain was very slow. When i tried to make reservations on phone they tried to charge me more than the advertised online price telling me that it may be more but at least the price was secure where the online price i paid wasnt secure. Breakfast was okay. Nothing great. Need some juice and fruit and silverware u can actually eat with.

The hotel was very affordable. The room was clean and had plenty of space for my family. The employees were extremely friendly! The downsides were that the pool was out of order and breakfast wasn’t great. The hotel was generally clean, but not modern.

The price was good - but the room was over deodorized I am a migraine sufferer and it was very hard for me to be in the room the smell was SO STRONG! there was a little bit of mold around the soap dish in the shower and it was hard for me to get in and out of the tub for a shower as the bottom was super slippery and sloped in the middle. I overcame all that but when I used the ice machine on the first floor that is where I lost it. The amount of MOLD on that machine was overwhelmingly gross. I clean homes for a living and that is just not acceptable at all because there is NO way that could be overlooked if it was being checked. The pool was not heated either - we were looking forward to swimming - this was a night away from our home and kids and animals and we got to use the hot tub but not the pool. Also as we got out of the hottub some people came in with babies and put them in the hot tub with NO DIAPERS needless to say we didn't get back in after using it once. So sad

Property appears to be former Best Western Hotel. Staff were friendly, I liked the 24-coffee, hot chocolate, filtered water. I did not like that breakfast only went until 9:00 am. So keep that in mind. But met our needs and we would stay again.

While the location was great and close to shops and restaurants, there were a few unusual details in our room. We had the large room with the fireplace and whirlpool. It was odd to have the jacuzzi in an open space, a tiny bathroom and shower/tub and we could feel vibrations from the laundry below that made the floor shake. Our room key never worked (even after we had the front desk check it multiple times) and they had run out of sausage and hash downs by 8:15 am. When asked, we were told "a group of college boys" has cleaned them out by 7:30. If they were aware of having full capacity they also should have adjusted the breakfast amounts!

I stay at this property often, me and my partner love the how friendly the staff is and how clean the rooms are but this stay was the worst ever! Shortly after getting checked in the the room while me and my partner were both changing someone entered our room, apparently the front desk assigned our room to someone else just after 30 minutes of us being there. After that we left out for the day and came back to the room and our room keys didn't work so we had to go all the way down to the front desk and get new keys. When we laid down for bed we noticed that a couple of the pillows had brown stains.

Great Hotel
Stayed here only one night. Hotel recently opened under new name. Much of hotel seemed updated and smelled fresh. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly. Very nice, warm pool and hot tub. Breakfast had waffles and eggs, but not much else. Would compare this to a higher-tier hotel chain and would definitely stay again and for a longer period of time.

The only problem is the tradesmen staying there feel they need to warm up their trucks at 5:30am in the morning. The temperature was never below freezing the three nights we stayed. Nov 13-14 2023.

It is a little pricey for what you get, but overall stay was decent. The pool was warm, hot tub was nice. Friendly staff very helpful. Breakfast was good. Stayed two nights with my family of four. Beds are more of a Full instead of Queen size - but comfy.

The folks that run this hotel are very nice. Room was clean. The front entry needs a scrub down (outside) There should be no smoking at the front door. Coffee needs better beans! Tasted old and bitter. Hotel is functional, carpet needs an upgrade. Overall it was ok.

My room needed a new bathroom update yesterday. There was visible mold in the shower area. The bathroom was set up for wheelchair access. There were no safety strips on the bottom of the shower floor. Showering became a safety issue as water sprayed outside the shower area and into the bathroom floor. While there was a drain in the floor, water did not flow towards the drain creating a potential hazard for anyone getting out of the shower. Corporate office needs to address ASAP. The staff was wonderful , friendly and available 24/7. I appreciated this.
