Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer mit einem Bett, aber durch das viele fahren auf unserem Roadtrip haben wir es doch gerne in 2 Betten zu schlafen um mehr Ruhe zu finden. Der nette Herr an der Rezeption hat uns ohne Probleme ein 2 Bett Zimmer gegeben. „Stayed here unplanned after our car needed to go in unexpectedly and absolutely loved it! Adorable set up. The owner was incredibly nice, even helped us pick our car when it was ready. Staying with all the animals was so much fun. Hiking bald mountain was so cool, we got to ID some new lichen and mushrooms. P.S. the eggs are delicious and I think their horse just had a foal right before we left!?“

„I was looking for a place large enough for my family to attend my daughter's college graduation. This house was perfect! We comfortably fit 7 adults. Our only minor complaint is that Maine in May can be cold and with only one heat pump running the main house, we all needed blankets and sweatshirts. However overall I highly recommend this rental and would absolutely book again.“

„Awesome location! Very nice price! All the conviences without the tourist hysteria of Bar Harbor! You can be to acadia in less than an hour, also the castine area even quicker. Ellsworth, Brewer, Bangor have everything ypu could possibly need. The lake was quiet, clean, warm, loaded with wildlife. „We had an excellent stay for our long weekend in Maine! We were in town for a wedding, and had to travel with our small dog. We had two other VRBOs fall through and to our surprise and delight, we found this home away from home! It was excellently located to everywhere we needed to be, all while being tucked away for a nice quiet stay. The hosts were easy to get ahold of and very welcoming. The house was spacious, and more than we could have hoped for!“
