자주 찾는 호텔인데 올때마다 반가이 맞아주는 리셉션 Hari양을 비롯하여 모든 스텝분이 친절합니다. 대부분 웬만한 한국어도 가능하고 영어도 잘하는 분들입니다. 서비스로 제공하는 마사지도 아주 즐겁습니다. 매일 바뀌는 식단의 조식 서비스는 놀라울 지경입니다. 또 올것입니다

This place is quiet and the surroundings are good and not dangerous. Also, all the staff of the hotel are friendly and especially the massage in the massage room on the 4th floor is very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Just normal experience.
The water pressure is quite weak. And I seriously suggest hotel to control water temperature system. The water gets really hot or cold. It was really hard to find the middle. And it takes forever for water to get warm. Moreover, there were ants on the table. The TV was lack of setup box so we asked hotel to install it. I think the hotel gave me the room that was prepared for 1 person because there was only a pair of slippers and spoon so we had to ask for more. The hotel itself wasn't that bad. It was newly constructed and staffs were kind. I just thought it would be much better experience if the room was properly ready.

서비스 좋고 시설도 좋아요. 맛사도 45분간 무료였는데 아쉽게 경험하지 못했네요.^^ 1층에 커피숍도 있고 나름 괜찮아요.

깨끗하고 벌레는 없으나 시끄러움
주변 다른 호텔들에 비해 룸상태가 깨끗하고 벌레도 없으나 새벽까지 시끄럽고 사람들이 늦게까지 왔다갔다 하는 복도 에서 소리가 매우 시끄럽고 문닫는 소리에 놀라 깨기도 함

I accidently entered the wrong date when I booked this hotel. I used my departure date in the US instead of the arrival date in Saigon. I noticed my mistake within minutes of booking. I called Orbitz right away and no one at Orbitz would help me correct the dates. I was told that the hotel had to approve the change. Of course the hotel said the manager was not in. I was told Orbitz would keep contacting the hotel and that I would receive an email within a few hours telling me if the hotel will change the dates of my stay. No email ever arrived. I had to rebook using a different booking site. I will no longer use Orbitz or its companion sites.

인근 비슷한 옵션위 다른 숙박시설에 비해 2배이상 비쌌다. 가격이 다소 높아 기대를 많이 했었는데 한국의 여인숙 같은 분위기였다. 벽뷰 이다 못해 다량의 에어콘 실외기 뷰...난감했다. 엘리베이터 문과 출입문이 한뼘 차이도 되지 않아 다른사람들의 출입을 본의 아니게 다 들어야 했다. 트윈베드였음에도 의자는 1개. 샤워실 배수구는 세면대있는 곳과 함께 사용하여 샤워부스가 있음에도 바닥은 물난리. 조식은 정말 간단간단 편의점보다 초간단이었다. 다른분들은 여길 꼭 비켜가시길 바란다.
