Hatte für 30 Franken die Nacht bessere Hotels.
Meines Erachtens ist der Preis für dieses Hotels total überrissen. Für über 140 Franken pro Nacht erwarte ich mehr als lauwarmen Kaffee zum Frühstück. Als zahlender Kunde möchte ich auch die Bar auf dem Dach benutzen. Das war leider nicht möglich, da dort gerade eine Privat Party stattfandt. Das Neujahrsdinner habe ich ausgelassen, da der Lärm durch die Liveband (ca. 120 Dezibel) eher stöhrend als unterhaltend war. Als ich mich im Bistro hinsetzte um meinen Voucher für den Neujahrsdrink einzulösen, wurde mir mitgeteilt das ich hier nicht sitzen könne da es reserviert sei. Als wiedergutmachung haben Sie mir das Taxi zum Flughafen bezahlt. Werde aber trotzdem dieses Hotel sicher nicht mehr betretten. I think the price for this hotel is totally over the top. For over 140 francs a night, I expect more than lukewarm coffee for breakfast. As a paying customer, I would also like to use the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, this was not possible because a private party is currently taking place there. I left out the New Year's dinner because the noise from the live band (approx. 120 decibels) was rather annoying than entertaining. When I sat down in the bistro to redeem my voucher for the New Year's drink, I was told that I couldn't sit here because it was reserved. As compensation, you paid me the taxi to the airport. But I will definitely not enter this hotel anymore.

Hotel liegt super zentral. Personal ist meistens freundlich, aber kein Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels. Allgemein waren die Leuten im Süden viel kühler als in den Hotels im Norden / Hanoi etc. Das Personal im Spa-Bereich oben war leider nicht besonders freundlich, eigentlich sogar sehr kühl, fast schon arrogant und wirkte total gelangweilt bzw. eher genervt. Keine Herzlichkeit wie man sie in Vietnam so häufig antrifft. Sehr schade. Auch die Maniküre/Pediküre war nicht besonders professionell. Auch hier kam man sich vor, wie wenn die Damen keinen Bock hatten und eher genervt waren. Dazu noch wirklich sehr teuer. Und dann wurde noch ziemlich deutlich ein Trinkgeld gefordert zusammen mit dem Bewertungsbogen. Das geht deutlich besser und ich hasse es wenn man Trinkgeld fordert, aber dafür total lustlos vorgeht. Trinkgeld gibt man für Zufriedenheit und nicht weil mein es halt so macht oder immer gibt. Etwas genervt hat auch das laute Klingeln der Aufzüge, das man bis in die hintersten Zimmer hört. Ansonsten war alles gut. Frühstück/Verpflegung hatten wir nicht und den Pool auf dem Dach kann man mal nutzen, ist ganz nett. Hotel ist soweit gut in Schuss und CheckIn/Empfang war freundlich und effizient.

Ruhig und doch zentral.
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, so dass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Trotzdem sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Frühstück hatten wir keines, aber Starbucks ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Das Hotel ist noch recht neu und sehr sauber.

sehr zentrale Lage. Leider, wie so oft in Vietnam, sind die vielen jungen Mitarbeiter zwar ambitioniert, aber teils doch recht inkompetent. So hatte die Rooftop Bar schon gegen 20:00 keine Limetten mehr (Hauptbestandteil fast aller Cocktails). Auf die Idee, dass einer der vielen (ich habe sieben Leute gezählt) dort arbeitenden Angestellten kurz mit dem Lift runter fährt und auf dem nächten lokalen Markt Nachschub holt, ist aber niemand gekommen.

The staff is extremely helpful and professional, especially the 2 door men Thanh and Lap, who always take care of my transportation, bring my heavy shopping bags up to my hotel room , and bring down my 3 heavy suitcases downstair for check in. They even asked whether I needed to order food for dinner before leaving at night to airport.

The room was well-appointed and great view from the 12th floor. The breakfast buffet has so much options to offer both international and local dishes. The hotel was walking distance to most of the key places to visit in Ho Chi Minh city.
