The staff were very polite and most helpful. Their airport transfer for pick up and return were complimentary which was a huge help. Breakfast is not a large amount but what they provide is delicious. The only down fall was the advertisement on Expedia that a swimming pool was available. This was not on the premises but across the road at a cost. With kids attending a holiday they always look forward to a pool. Taxis are always close by to take you were you need.

photo of room is PHOTOSHOPPED! it is the room but doesn't look at good in the picture in person. the picture looks really top class but when you arrive at the hotel you will be like, "WOW, is this the place"? its a cheap price but not at 3 STAR hotel from my point of view. its decent.

가갹은 주변에 비해 싸지도 않고, 세면대와 욕조는 터무니 없이 높아서 사용하기 불편했으며 화장실이 고장나서 물이 나오지 않았습니다. 직원들은 친절했지만 가성비 대비 만족하기는 어렵네요

I had problem with them at the first night, after seeing tour room.travelled with 2 kids, i booked nonsmoking room. When we were walking to the room, smoking smell was very bad, i told them i booked nonsmoking room, i can't stand the smoking smell. First 5 minutes in the room I got dizzy. Staff told me this is nonsmoking room. I found the astray on the table and show them. I were thinking to move to another hotel. Finally they found the solution, to put the Lemongrass Essential Oil, after 1 hour, smoking smell was gone a bit, and thanks God, i got better after that In overall, valuable, staff is friendly and helpful breakfast is ok. Location is far from the center

Very spacious room but the bathroom was too spacious yet the tub was small so not an efficient way to utilized the space. Room was clean and modern, staff was very friendly but breakfast seemed force. Thought there were suppose to be a separate buffet/breakfast floor but it’s right where the waiting area/lobby is at. Overall it was good but nothing stood out in this hotel since there’s an overwhelming number of hotels in Vietnam that competes for customers.
