Diese geräumige Wohnung verfügt über den Komfort von zu Hause und mehr! Neue Möbel und Upgrades im gesamten Townhome. Das Gerät verfügt über Annehmlichkeiten wie WLAN, Flachbildfernseher und Schlüssellose Zugangssperre. Das Gästezimmer verfügt auch über einen ausziehbaren Schlafwagen für zwei Personen. Das Anwesen verfügt über einen wunderschön angelegten Innenhof, einen praktischen Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft und direkten Zugang zum Strand am Eingang des Komplexes. In der Nähe des Strandes von Coligny mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Aktivitäten und Veranstaltungen, die alle zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist komfortabel und verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Kingsize-Bett. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen Loungesessel, der zu einem Einzelbett ausgezogen werden kann, wenn Sie Platz für die Kleinen benötigen! Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie für die Zubereitung einer Mahlzeit benötigen. Full size Waschmaschine und Trockner befindet sich direkt neben der Küche.

Great trip

The condo was great. The steps are steep if you have a hard time climbing, but a great location. The only thing that was missing from the entire complex was a place to hose off after returning from the beach. This would cut down on sand entering the condos. Thanks for the stay!

Worked perfectly

Everything was fine. There are always the little niggles, the toaster only half worked, the blinds were stuck, the microwave oven was difficult to figure out, there were no instructions for the air conditioning, the kitchen knives were blunt, but all relatively minor things which did not significantly detract from our stay.

Quit yet convenient to everything

Surf Court was very close to bike rental, food, beach, Starbucks, and Piggly Wiggly. All of these were within a easy bike ride. Also rode bike to putt putt golf only 3.5 miles. Property was great for our family.

Overall this property worked well for our family of 5. Having grown up staying at Surf Court I knew it was a great location and loved the layout of the units. This condo again worked well but could use a gentle update to make it awesome.

Great stay despite the Rain

Our family enjoyed our stay in Surf Court 30. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Even though it rained most of the time we were able to enjoy the pool for a few hours. The property is in a great location near shops and restaurants and the beach is easily accessible with just a short walk. We actually got to enjoy a great morning on the beach Monday before we left.

The location is IDEAL. You can literally walk across the street to get to the ocean and it's practically paved the whole way and gated --- great for an infant in a stroller and/or kids. Loved the courtyard, it was beautiful and felt really safe. You can also walk down to Coligny square where you can buy groceries, hit up restaurants or the coffee shop, and do touristy shop things. There is a paved bike path the whole way. Close to bike rentals that are incredibly affordable - we would have rented for the entire long weekend had we known! You are also close to a local park. Location is seriously everything!! Also provided a bunch of games which was a lot of fun to have! Things to note: unit is a 2nd floor townhome so you can hear other people including televisions. The lock on the back door didn't work, but they had a wedge that still made me feel safe. Water sputtered quite a bit but leveled out. Stocked kitchen, but was no dish soap to hand wash or like a sponge to use. We had enough TP for us, though. I would say the photos show the unit with more light than is the case -- it can feel kind of dark in there which was a little disappointing. You're allotted one official parking spot, but there is room for guest parking as needed. There is also a motion sensor to help with the stairs at night. Check in is at an office which was a bit different, but worked. Keypad instead of keys which was super convenient for us and staff provided a late check out to accommodate the baby - truly appreciated it. It really met our needs and I felt super safe there and walking everywhere even at night. Really special trip!

We’ve stayed in this complex before but not this unit. Everything you need for a week in HHI with a convenient beach access right across the street. Pool was located right off the rear balcony and was great for cooling off after a long day at the beach.

Surf Court 30 was just as described! I was a bit apprehensive about not staying beach front, but this condo had a great beach access and was super convenient to restaurants and stores. We parked the car and walked most of the week.

Great way to spend Thanksgiving!

The condo was clean and the decor was modern and pleasing. My husband, my 4 teenage kids and I had plenty of room. In addition to the beds in the bedrooms there is a full sofa bed in the living room and a twin pull out love seat sofa in one of the bedrooms. Two full bathrooms in each bedroom and a half bath downstairs made it easy for all of us to get ready. The kitchen had plenty of room to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal. There were enough pots and pans for an average meal but we did need aluminum bakeware for our Thanksgiving dinner, obviously. The dinner table is beautiful. It only has four chairs but the comfy stools at on the kitchen peninsula fit around the table for meals and games. The owner has board games in the condo also. So fun. There is a flat screen tv in both bedrooms and the living room. It was chilly so we didn't go in the pool but it looked really nice. The property across the street has a public walkway to the beach so it's a short walk. It's also a short walk to Coligney Beach Park and Plaza shopping Center. Great fun and shopping. There was live Christmas music in the Plaza and Santa flew over in a helicopter on Friday. A few very minor issues: You may need to bring sheets for the twin pullout bed if you plan on using it. Bring your own dish saop if you plan on cooking. The glass stove cooktop gets marked up if you use the provided pans. So be prepared to scrub a little. Overall, we had a wonderful time and look forward to making it a new tradition!

Off to a rough start. Initial impression was disappointing.

We had an early evening arrival (after dark on a rainy night). Had no trouble getting in to the unit; however, once we got in the door, we discovered half of the lights and the microwave weren't working. Turns out half of the breakers in the breaker box were flipped off. Once we figured that out, it was much better. The master bedroom quilt had a couple red spots on the underside, so I promptly removed it from the bed and left it displayed for the housekeeping staff in the extra bedroom. I'm guessing it wasn't washed between guests which made me extremely uncomfortable. There were several nails protruding from the walls without pictures or wall hangings and the carpet was stained in various spots. The floor of the master bath shower looked dirty, but I tried to scrub it with no luck. It might just be a very old fixture. The patio was small and shared with the unit next door (no divider), so I didn't spend any time out there. Unit could use some touch up painting and carpet cleaning/replacement to help the unit feel more clean/fresh. Overall, absolutely LOVED the location and the spaciousness of the unit (2 1/2 bathrooms). Public beach access was literally across the street via a very nice concrete pathway. Location was walking distance to many restaurants and shopping and easily accessible via bike/walking paths.

This property is located minutes within the beach.

The place was super nice and a great size for the four of us. I wish the pool allowed floats for sunning. The pool should not have smoking inside the pool area, it is annoying smelling it.

Good Space

Turns out we really do not like that part of the island, however, thus space was nice and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs and the living space is a nice size. The balcony is very narrow and cannot accommodate more than two people. The pool is nice.

Nice updated condo with a pool

This condo was a great setup for 2 couples. Two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom off of each and plenty of closet space. Nice full kitchen and living area downstairs with a balcony overlooking the pool. Easy access to the beach across the street.
