570 Queens Grant is the perfect vacation getaway for you and your pup! This well-appointed, dog-friendly condo offers an open-concept floor plan, LVP and tile flooring throughout and two spacious bedrooms.

The living area offers a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to the private patio through sliding doors. The dining area has seating for 6 and is open to the spacious kitchen. The kitchen offers stainless appliances and plenty of counter and cabinet space.

The main bedroom has a king bed, while the guest bedroom has a queen bed. These rooms share access to an updated bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes complex is near the entrance of the resort and the oceanfront Robert Trent Jones golf course, only a 10-minute walk from the beach. The complex features a community pool open April through September with beautifully landscaped gardens and bike paths and easy access to the amenities of Shelter Cove. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort on Hilton Head Island that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under the William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre.

Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. Parking for 2 cars only!

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
