Almost perfect

My friends and I love staying at Turnberry. It’s so quiet and beautiful. We saw a herd of about 29 see on late night as we returned to the condo. We had a great time and loved how accommodating Sea Breeze rental was with everything

Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Kommunikation und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
We booked this property expecting it to be clean and well maintained. It wasn't. The condition did not match the listing. The downstairs bedroom and entry area had moisture damage, visible mold growth around an electrical outlet and extending along the base of the wall near the carpeting, and a strong musty odor. The property also showed deferred maintenance, including stained carpeting, stained upholstery, deteriorating wood on the deck, and a heavily rusted sink drain. We reported everything immediately and sent photos. While we were out, someone from the property management company entered the unit without notifying us beforehand. We weren't told they had been there afterward either. The only indication someone had been there was a spray bottle left on the kitchen counter, and the outlet area had been surface cleaned. We were later told the issues couldn't be fixed during our stay, so we had no choice but to remain in the property for the rest of our vacation. Because we were there over July 4th, relocating wasn't a realistic option.Communication was poor throughout the process. It took multiple follow-up emails just to receive a final response. We've rented in Hilton Head many times, including several stays in Palmetto Dunes, and have never experienced anything like this. This was our first time renting through this management company, and we won't rent through them again.

Palmetto Dunes Condo

Loved the location on the 10th green of the Fazio course. There for a grandson’s tournament so it was perfect. All three bathrooms have extremely dated plumbing fixtures needing repair/replaced. Kitchen lacks basic requirements (dishes, glassware, etc). Linens need to be upgraded. Condo needs instruction manual for tv. The AC works great. For the price the updates are crucial but we would definitely return.

Perfect size & location - needs serious updating

This villa is ideally located and quite large, easily accommodating 6+ adults comfortably. If owner would just fix or update all appliances and make sure all outlets function. as well as consider some other much needed cosmetic updates, the place would be perfect! We would go back - if appliances are replaced.

Turnberry Hilton Head

The location of the condo is great. Right on the 10th hole (Green) of the George Fazio Golf Course. Also, the condo is close to a walking/running/bike trail; 1/2 mile to General Store, pickle ball courts; and less than a mile away to the beach. The pool is only a short walk away. The condo served our purposes, but some of the furniture was fragile (kitchen table and some of the chairs), the air conditioning cooled some rooms more than others (the master bedroom was overly cold), and the overall condition of the condo was okay. Not fancy, but certainly livable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Good stay

This property is spacious, feels a bit worn out. We liked good quality mattresses and overall layout. However the kitchen offered only 2 coffee mugs. Beach is close by if you are willing to take a bike ride. A walk might be a bit long in hot weather.
