When you enter this home, you are greeted by a light and bright two-story entry that leads you through to the living room and straight back to another expansive porch. The living room has a large sectional centered around a decorative fireplace and a large screen tv, perfect for your cozy nights in. The doors from the living room lead you out to a huge, covered porch overlooking the pool and lagoon. Open to the living room is a large breakfast room that leads to the kitchen. The kitchen has stainless appliances, plenty of countertop and breakfast bar space and an abundance of room for people to work together in the kitchen. The dining room seats eight. Also on the main floor is the master bedroom. The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, private bath with double vanity, large shower, and deep soaker tub. Also from this bedroom are French doors that leads you to the large covered back porch with a living area.

The second floor is where you will find the four additional bedrooms; each with a TV, private bathroom and access to one of the four expansive porches. The two bedrooms facing the front of the house have a queen bed. One of the bedrooms facing the back of the house has two bunk beds, each bunk has a double bed on bottom and twin bed on top. The fourth bedroom is the second master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath with large tub, walk in shower and a double vanity.

The highlight of this house is the outdoor living. The lower-level back porch features and outdoor living area and a dining table seating six. A double staircase will lead you down to the lagoon shaped pool and grill area. Beyond the pool is the lagoon with a private dock, perfect for viewing wildlife or doing a little fishing. At the end of those long days on the beach this backyard is the perfect place to unwind.
