The porch is complete with outdoor dining for six and deep comfortable seating around the porch’s TV. A Vaulted ceiling and an oversized fan will make this area a guest favorite. The screen porch also can accesses the grill porch and 13 steps down to the pool.

The kitchen features a Sub Zero refigerator, Thor (gas burning) stove / oven, a full size icemaker, double refrigeration drawers and a dishwasher. The kitchen island has 3 barstools and sits adjacent to the dining room table that seats 8 or can be extended to seat 10.

The area is located approximately one mile from Coligny Beach where there are multiple shops, restaurants, live music and night life. The home also has perfect access to the Sonesta Resort and spa where a massage is just a short walk down the beach. Bike trails also access the many sights to see around the neighborhood and Hilton Head.
