On the first floor, you’ll find the open living, dining, and kitchen areas, along with the primary bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and well-equipped for all your family’s needs, while the adjacent dining area comfortably seats six. The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV for relaxing evenings indoors.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, HDTV, and a private en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the guest bedroom offers one queen bed and one twin bed, plus its own en-suite bathroom. An extra twin bed on the second-floor landing provides additional sleeping options, making this villa perfect for families.

Palmetto Dunes’ famous amenities are just minutes away, including the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, Dunes House oceanfront bar and grill, and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. The beach is easily reached by a short walk or bike ride, providing endless opportunities for sun, sand, and relaxation.
