Pura Vida, in North Forest Beach gelegen ist das perfekte Luxus-Ferienhaus in Hilton Head für den Urlaub Ihrer Familie in den niedrigen Land. Nur 1 Reihe zurück vom Strand und schlafen insgesamt 19, werden Sie sich hier keine Sorgen machen.

Beim Betreten des Hauses finden Sie einen geräumigen Wohnbereich mit HDTV, Wet-Bar mit Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Eismaschine und Zugang zu den ersten fünf Schlafzimmern. Die Glasschiebetüren öffnen sich auf die herrliche Terrasse mit privatem Pool und übersprudelndem Spa. Sie werden die Außendusche lieben, die nach einem langen, sandigen Tag am Strand zur Terrasse führt.

Die Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock sind mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer, einem Kingsize-Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer, 2 volle Betten im dritten Schlafzimmer, 2 Doppelstockbetten im vierten Schlafzimmer und einem König und Zweibettzimmer im fünften Schlafzimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über HD-Fernseher und ein eigenes Badezimmer.

Nehmen Sie die Treppe zur Hauptebene oder nehmen Sie den Hausaufzug. Auf der Hauptebene finden Sie eine geräumige Küche mit viel Ablagefläche, 2 Geschirrspülern, 2 Waschbecken und einem großen Kühlschrank. Sie werden froh sein, einen formellen Essbereich für Familienabendessen außerhalb der Küche sowie einen informellen, offen gestalteten Essbereich neben dem Hauptwohnbereich zu finden. Der Balkon des Wohnbereiches bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Atlantik. Genießen Sie die entspannte Sitzecke neben dem Wohnzimmer mit Meerblick und Zugang zum Balkon.

Sie werden das sechste Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit einem Kingsize-Bett, HDTV, eigenem Bad und Zugang zum Balkon finden.

Unfortunately, our experience during our stay was disappointing. While the location was perfect, the home itself required significant maintenance.The microwave was not working from the day we arrived and, although it was removed, it was never replaced during our stay. The pool filter also was not functioning properly, and despite calling maintenance on three separate occasions, the issue kept happening.Additionally, the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms and the ice maker were both non-functional. Maintenance informed us that these were outdated and would not be replaced. They did respond to unclog the bathtub, which was overflowing, but overall, the response to the other issues was lacking.Given the cost of the rental, we were surprised and disappointed by the lack of attention to these basic amenities.

Mold was the biggest issue with this home. The elevator was marked out of order. But on the other side of the door was incredible mold. This needs to be reported to the Health dept. unfortunately the rental agency didn’t respond to our calls nor our emails regarding the mold issue and our vacation ended July 13. We deserve a refund

No Pool or Spa

Everything was very dingy and worn. We were not notified about heating the pool until the day before check in and then we were told we had to ask 7 days in advance. A little late for that. The Wifi password was wrong and my son found a password on another router and we used that. If you are cooking a big family meal, you might want to bring big bowls and hand mixer with you. We really did enjoy ourselves, Because our goal was to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. But for what I paid I guess i was expecting a little more. Our son is a Marine and we invited people from his base that didn't have family close by to hang out with.

Good House, Great location, Shoddy Hottub

Based on reviews and pics, I knew the house would be a little outdated. However, the space and location was great! I only complaint, and after SEVERAL attempts, the hottub was never beyond lukewarm. The property mgmt team was super responsive each time, but the problem was never resolved. This was very unfortunate considering we paid for it to be heated and it was a chilly weekend.

Fall getaway

This was our first time renting from5 star properties. We appreciate their quick response to questions and needs. However, the property was definitely in need of several things. For a property that can sleep 19 it was poorly equipped with dishes. We also had several non working/missing amenities such as sink knobs, a missing toilet seat, sluggish drains, and the elevator. The house is perfect for a large group and is located with a great view of the ocean but is in great need of some TLC in the way of upgrades, especially in the kitchen.

Nice house with a great location, spacious enough for everybody. Pool lights didn't work as well as some wall switches, remote controls and could use some updates here and there but overall the house was perfect for our stay. Great stay overall!

This property provided us with an incredible experience in the Hilton Head area! We had a group of 15 people comfortably fit (could have even fit a few more) without any issues throughout the house. Elevator was out of service, but we didn't even really need it. Location was essentially right on the beach and within a 10 min walk of restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend anyone stay here!

The location of the property and the space available was just what we needed. Some of the furniture (chairs, couch) on the second floor were defective (legs of some chairs and the leg of a couch). The sliding glass door on the first and second floor did not lock consistently, problem with the door latch. The remote controls in the third floor bedroom did not function (could not change the TV channel). Contacted rental service about TV trouble, and a smoke alarm battery problem, indicated they would send out someone for repair, no one came to my knowledge. Unable to close garage doors from the outside.

Beach Vacation for Ohio Friends

We had a great experience staying at Pura Vida on HHI. It was close to the beach and accommodated everyone from Ohio! The room listings were exactly what were listed in the descriptions, which allowed each family to have their own space and private bathroom. The pool and pool table were wonderful features also that were utilized frequently. There were a few minor things the owners should update/fix which would help make this the perfect beach house. They were small things such as light switches not working, sink dripping, outside pool light nonworking, margarita machine broke, washing machine leaking water, etc., but all of it was minor and we still enjoyed our stay.

Amazing family vacation!

This house was perfect for my family of 13. We were surprised as to how big all of the bedrooms were and how much space we had. After we booked it I was nervous because some people didn’t write the best reviews but those people must be crazy! The house was clean, the company was responsive and the pool was wonderful. We did not heat the pool and I’m so glad we didn’t as it was the perfect temperature for the South Carolina heat. We rented bikes and rode into Coligny every day. Oh, the beach is amazing. There is a private access and it isn’t crowded where the house is which was nice because everyone told me that if we were staying near Coligny it would be crowded. My only suggestions would be for the house to have more things like spices (they don’t have anything saved in the house…not even salt and pepper) and to have beach chairs for the guests to use. Overall we would definitely want to stay there again.

First off, the outside of this home and location is AWESOME. Our group size was 13 people. Couples and families. This house was sufficient for the group size. Here are the pro’s and con’s of the property. Pro’s: -Beach is within a few feet of house -House is large with bathrooms in every room -Management is GREAT -Plenty of outdoor space -Close proximity to grocery stores and shopping -Plenty of common area spaces for a non cramped feel Con’s: -House is dated. If you want a nice interior this house is not it. The elevator was broken (although management took care of the situation) Our bedroom was on the 3rd floor and the shower was broke the first day with water stains on the carpet and a musty smell... The outlets did not work in this room either and there were extension cords laid throughout the room. -None of the TV’s are up to date. You can only stream in one place in the house and only Netflix. -WIFI is slow -The pool and hot tub cost $50 a day to heat. If you don’t heat it, your hot tub will not be a hot tub. -no beach towels or any beach equipment at all. -the stove took about 30 minutes to boil water -3rd bedroom (considered a master) was deceiving. It is the worst bedroom in the house. View is okay, but the other six bedrooms have a better layout. A few things to note: Management was wonderful!! Anytime we needed anything Meredith always responded promptly. We called before visiting this property and we were only blind sided by a few inconveniences. At the time of the call we were made aware of the elevator being out of commission. They handled that very well though. The master sweet is on the SECOND floor. The 3rd floor is a nuisance if the elevator is broke. Do not put your parents or grandparents on that floor. Rather someone who don’t mind steps and would like a balcony. Final thoughts: The location is great and the size of the house accommodates plenty of people. Management is great and accommodating. The house is dated to a level I was not expecting. If everything is working in this house I’d imagine it would be just fine! I recommend this home mainly for location and size.
