Forest Beach Villa is the closest you can get to Coligny Beach Park and shopping and dining at Coligny Plaza. You will be close to the attractions but still enjoy a private, relaxing place to call home. This home is all on one floor with step-free access from the parking area via an elevator. Celebration Park is also easily accessible via a pathway and is a great space to enjoy summer concerts and other events just steps from your door! Enjoy walking the kids to the fantastic Celebration Park playground and Coastal Discovery Museum. Additionally, you'll have access to the Forest Beach Villa pool and tennis court. Easy access to the beach within a short walking distance.

Inside your villa, the sun seems to shine effortlessly. The open living room lends itself to pleasant movie streaming on the soft seating. The adjacent full kitchen presents a lovely space to play chef amidst the green-tile backsplash, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
