Hop on a bike and explore more than 35 miles of scenic paved trails, or take a leisurely ride to nearby Sea Pines Beach Club and enjoy one of the island's most beautiful stretches of beach.



Inside, you'll find a welcoming retreat designed for gathering, relaxing, and making lasting memories. Enter on the main level, where a fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of seating, with a large dining table and six additional bar stools, making it easy for everyone to come together for meals, games, and conversation.



The comfortable living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of island adventures, featuring a TV, board games, and plenty of space to relax. Step outside to the private patio, where you'll find a gas grill and outdoor dining table—ideal for morning coffee, al fresco meals, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.



Things to Know:



There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee per pet if you plan to bring a pet. Please let us know how many pets will be accompanying you so we can update your reservation accordingly.



A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. No cats are permitted. But you may ask us to see if owners will allow.
