Head out to enjoy the resort’s indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis courts, sauna, fitness room, game room, and community BBQ grills. When it’s time to recharge, you’ll have smart TVs in both bedrooms and a laptop-friendly workspace for checking in with the office. A garden view adds a calm backdrop, and beach access makes it simple to get your toes in the sand. Community laundry facilities are available and are card-operated.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Lot parking for up to 2 vehicles. A parking pass is required at all times and will be issued by Hilton Head Resort security at the entry kiosk upon arrival.

• Location within building: This is a 4th-floor unit. The building has Elevator and Stairs; please review photos to ensure it meets your accessibility needs.

• Laundry: Community washer/dryers are card-operated (credit or debit).

• Security: Exterior/security cameras are located throughout the resort community/neighborhood.

• Pets: This community has a very strict no-pet policy. The only exception is for service animals, which must be approved prior to entering the grounds.

• Minimum age: Primary renter must be 25 or older.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
