• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk to the beach in 10 minutes, or bike in 5-7 minutes. You may also drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle to the Sea Pies Beach Club.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 5 minutes by car from 11 Gunnery Lane. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

PETS: We welcome your dog for an additional fee of $350. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone. Please inquire if you have questions.

POOL: Heatable with electricity (cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is  $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended.

Great Location

Overall the house & stay was just as we expected. The house was very clean and fit 9 adults and 2 kids easily. The amenities that came with the house were clean and functional. The beach was only about a 1/2 mile walk so an easy walk for those that can do it. The communication from the property manager was great. The welcome packet was very thorough and the management team was very prompt in responding to any questions I had.

Just perfect!

I wish we could pick up this home and move it to Georgia - along with all the beautiful decor and perfect layout for a family vacation. Every convenience was provided and the location was beautiful, the decor - gorgeous. It was close to the beach by bike, and overall quiet and relaxing. We loved it!

Best Time Ever!

This was a long weekend trip for my family, my sister's family and both sets of grandparents (12 total). Everything about this place was top notch: the home, the amenities and the location to the beach club and HarbourTown (on bikes). The pool was the perfect size and right on the back patio (touching the house) so the kids could play and we could keep an eye on them even if we were inside (they are 10) - pool toys included! Our 14 yo LOVED the pond so he could fish while we were all sitting on the patio nearby. The adults could hang on the porch in the mornings for coffee, etc. And the ping pong table in the garage was a big hit with everyone. The bike path is directly adjacent to the house so perfect for hopping on to head to your destination, but not a ton of traffic which was the best of both worlds! We especially loved that it had amenities for our larger group - like a large dining table and tons of dishes and silverware so we weren't always running out. The main floor master suite had "the best shower I've ever been in" (according to the grandparents). All in all, we had a lovely time - probably our best trip to Hilton Head, most of which had to do with our rental! Thank you for amazing memories!

A Little Slice of Heaven in Hilton Head

This is one of the loveliest properties I've stayed in. This home is spacious, super comfortable, and well-appointed with bathrooms and a kitchen that has everything you could need. I highly recommend this place and would gladly rent again for my next trip to Hilton Head.

Great setup for family to stay

This house is in great location and we enjoyed our stay. The weather was rainy the first couple days, but we enjoyed our time spent in the heated pool and garage where there is a ping pong table. Definitely would recommend this house.

Fun holiday getaway

We go away for 4-5 days after Christmas every year with another family and this was our third year in HH (specifically Sea Pines). We all agreed this house was the best. It was exactly what it displayed as online (we’ve had other instances where that was not the case). No one cared which bedroom they got because they were all amazing. Also, the house had a very organized kitchen and well stocked with trash bags and cleaning supplies. Loved it. We talked about just booking this house again for next year!

Excellent, Highly Recommend

Great stay in Sea Pines. Loved the location, easy access to bike trails and short ride over to the beach. Loved that the home was stocked with beach chairs and coolers! Overall, beautiful home, well appointed, fully stocked kitchen with the added little extras (treats, binder of info, laundry soap, trash bags, baggies, etc) and ample space for two families. Enjoyed having the loft area for the kids to hang out in their own space. The pool was perfect for cooling off and the garage with ping pong table was a huge PLUS! We even named "Andy" the alligator that occasionally hung out in the water behind the property. Awesome spot for a bike ride to Harbor Town and to Salty Dog. And THANK YOU for being pet friendly! Teddy, our goldendoodle loved his first trip to the beach!!

The property was immaculately clean and very comfortable for our family of seven plus two dogs. The gated Sea Pines community was beautiful with great bike trails. Impressive!

The house is much larger than it appears in the pictures, with plenty of room for many more than our party of 6. Everything is beautifully furnished in today's styles. The bathrooms are all updated with 5-star finishes. The management of this property has literally thought of everything you might want / need for your beach vacation. The kitchen has any utensil you can imagine, there are plenty of beach towels, and even beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and carts to carry back and forth to the beach. The pool is nice also and receives a lot of sunshine. I feel confident recommending this property. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing house!
