  • Surf Court 74 ist ein ozeanisch orientierter Komplex mit Eingang im ersten Stock. Diese Eigenschaft ist ein 3-stöckiges Stadthaus mit Ihrem Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche und WC im Erdgeschoss. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf den nächsten beiden Ebenen. Das Surf Court liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Atlantik und dem Tenniszentrum Van Der Meer entfernt. Das Wohnzimmer öffnet sich zu einer ebenerdigen Terrasse, die Sie zum wunderschön gestalteten Innenhof und zum großen Swimmingpool führt. König im Hauptschlafzimmer, zwei Einzelbetten in Schlafzimmer 2, zwei Einzelbetten in Schlafzimmer 3 sowie ein Schlafsofa. Das Surf Court liegt nur 3 Blocks vom Coligny Plaza entfernt, wo Sie zahlreiche Restaurants und Restaurants finden. Overall a good stay. Great location to the beach,shops and restaurants. The unit we stayed in was good. The 3rd floor bedroom stayed hot. The last night we had to open up the window in the bedroom.

Comfortable and convenient

Very close to the beach. Comfortable condo with nearly everything we needed for the week. Easy walk to the stores and restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Great place!

We love Hilton Head and we love staying down by Coligny. Easy walk to lots of shopping and restaurants. This was a great location and great place. Very clean, exactly as presented in the photos when we booked. Loved the ability to walk right out to the pool. Definitely recommend.

Family Vacation

Spent a week at the Surf Court Villa and it was a perfect spot for our family of six. Villa was perfectly situation with access to the beach, the park and close to all the amenities we needed. Will definitely return here!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the Condo. We will use it again but it does have some issues. The 3rd floor needs its own air conditioner. We ran 3 fans and it was still warm. Downstairs was freezing and 3rd floor was almost hot. We luckily are not hot natured people and did ok. The owners cabinets had been opened and could not be shut. 3rd floor bathroom drawers will almost fall out on the floor. Seems something might be broken and needs repair. The vacuum in condo need to be replaced. We cleaned it out but it made a big mess if you used it.

Great Location and very clean!

We would stay here again. Unit was fantastic. Super clean and well equipped (does need bbq Utensils though). Bedrooms were all large and beds was so comfy. Walking distance to beach and coligny plaza - could not beat the location. We went in March and the pool was much too cold to swim in, as it’s not heated. Other than that, great vacation. We would return and recommend this place.

Great location, clean and beautiful

My three adult daughters and my wife all enjoyed our stay. The unit was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed for our stay, and we were thrilled with the location to the beach, very nice pool, and restaurants and shopping nearby. The unit was updated and fantastic space. The master being on the third floor made it warmer that we would prefer, but otherwise we had not issues and would stay again.

Surf Court 74

WE had a great stay at Surf Court 74. We vacation in Hilton Head a few times a year and this was my first time at Surf Court. You cannot beat the location - walk across the street and there is a pathway to the beach. My teenager and his friend stayed on the middle level and shared a bathroom and I was on the top floor in the master. My only "negative" comment is that the air conditioning cools the middle level and ground floor very well but the the top floor, is definitely much warmer. They had a fan in the closet that I was able to use, but I would imagine in the summer months, the upper floor could be very warm. I did not call to check on it so in all fairness, it could have been something wrong with the system, or maybe even user error. Since it was just in the high 70's/low 80's - I made it work! Overall, great unit, beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked! All of the things you need for a great beach vacation. The management company was also very responsive to questions prior to my vacation. Thank you Surf COurt 74 for a great week!

The location of our unit was ideal! Very short walk to beach, pool and Coligny. This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and hopefully not our last! First floor so literally steps from the pool. Nice grassy area for kids to run around. Not far from beach as the access is directly across from the complex. Condo was on a good and quiet location. The only issue was the top floor is the master and it was warmer than the rest of the unit. Not sure if there is a way to draw the cooler air up from the other floors since they had to be kept cooler to ensure enough air at the top. Also warning the stairs are really narrow and there are lots of them. Overall loved our unit and there were no problems at all.
