We stayed, in a luxury condo unit last week. Overall had a positive experience. The location in general is great! Very close to restaurants, shopping, and things to do. The beach/boardwalk access is a HUGE plus. I would expect this property to be even better during peak season! Outdoor pool areas and the sun deck are all well kept and in good shape. The walking paths around the property are great as well. The condo kitchen had everything we needed, which made the stay so much easier. The staff we encountered were the definition of southern hospitality!
That said, there are definitely some areas that do need attention, but to at no fault to the owners. The cleanliness of the condo could be improved, particularly to the shower heads, they had visible mold that was easily able to be cleaned off. There was a musty smell upon arrival, but that was just due to a lack of attention to detail on housekeepings behalf, because the plug-in air freshener was empty and had been for awhile.
Some other minor issues, again not the owners fault, the elevator in this specific building was down, and is expected to be for sometime. The indoor pool area felt outdated and the people staying above us, were not respectful.
However, the owner..extremely responsive! Quickly fixed the thermostat remotely, when the weather changed, even overnighted a first aid kit when the one they provided was found empty by myself. All in all cute condo. Great location! But needs new housekeeping staff.
