  • Diese neu renovierte und wunderschön eingerichtete Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen kombinierten Wohn- / Essbereich. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, das zweite Schlafzimmer über zwei Einzelbetten und im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. Der Balkon neben dem Wohnbereich bietet direkten Meerblick. Jede Einheit in Ocean Dunes verfügt über WLAN und Zugang zum "neuen" Swimmingpool und Picknickbereich am Meer. Ocean Dunes befindet sich am südlichen Ende der Insel entlang des South Forest Beach Drive und nicht weit von der Coligny Plaza und dem Coligny Beach Park entfernt. Der Ocean Dunes-Komplex ist ein Anwesen am Meer, das etwa 70 Meter vom Meer entfernt liegt. Zusätzlich zu den Pools haben unsere Gäste kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang und Zugang zum Players Club Fitness Center, das über eine komplette Trainingseinrichtung und einen beheizten Innenpool verfügt. Sie haben auch Zugang zur Oceanside Bar and Grill und den Starbucks des Hilton.

Reviewer Comments: Positives: (1) Conveniently located on second floor as elevator is extremely slow, (2) great oceanfront view.Negatives: (1) Condo is in need of some TLC (a) several lamps are being held together by electrical tape, (b) sofa is extremely uncomfortable, one chair needs fabric repair, (c) microwave handle is broken, (d) deck carpet needs to be vacuum and/or cleaned, (3) Housekeeping needs to inspect and remove previous tenants toiletries from bathroom drawers and showers, (4) unit location is almost in front of pool, no enforcement of swimming hours. Noisy swimming continued until 11PM.

Unit 210 review

Overall it was nice and I would stay again. Positives were Location, close to beach and pool and Coligny Plaza. Great view of beach and pool. Laundry room was close also and it was easy to check in and out plus parking area was good. Negatives were pool is small for complex and the Wi-Fi was not good in the unit plus the amenities (soap , toilet paper, etc could have been better). But like I said earlier I would stay in this unit again.

Just like the pictures

The place was clean and looks just like the pictures. Our biggest complaint was the comfort of the furniture. We like to relax in the evening and watch a little tv. The furniture was not for relaxing. Couch and chairs were extremely uncomfortable. The bed was super soft, and the air conditioning units couldn't keep the humidity at bay. The bed always felt slightly damp. Other than that, it as super clean, and if you don't plan on spending time in the condo and don't mind that "clammy bed" feeling, it's a good find.

Great experience for the price

This was an amazing unit with everything you can think of stocked in the kitchen. Just need a wifi booster in the front bedroom. Location is close to Coligny without being too close to the crowds.

Perfect condo in a great location

This condo was impeccably clean, perfectly located .6 mile from Coligny Plaza, and overlooking pools and ocean. We could see the waves lap onto the beach and saw dolphins swim past almost every day. Located on the 2nd floor was super that we could use the steps each time. Laundry facilities were located close to the unit - score! Nicely decorated and well supplied with necessities. Property management company was great to work with - check in and check out super quick. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Thank you for a great Hilton Head vacation!

Perfect for small family and great view!

On arrival checking in was easy. The condo was Amazing and Clean. It looked just like the pics. The view from the balcony was great. We would definetly come back and stay in 210. It was a corner unit which we really liked. It is close to restaurants.

We always go with family and friends and this trip was the most special of all. I carefully looked in to many rentals and this one most certainly was everything I expected - close in proximity to Sea Pines as well as the market, restaurants and shops. One of the only units listed in searches with a king size bed and additionally was an end unit. Every amentity you can think of and just perfect for a family of three or even an addition 3 more! Cleanliness is always appreciated and we mentioned several times how we could eat off of the floor it was so clean inside! The upgrades are so nice and we will certainly be renting again.

This is a very well furnished unit and very comfortable and clean. The property as a whole is very clean and well maintained. The one and very bad problem was the noise. the drone of the pump on the new property being built behind us was really a minor problem. The noise from construction on several units surrounding us really affected the quality of our stay. Two weekends they were sawing tile all day until almost 6:00pm one Saturday. We understand that this is the time of year when remodeling takes place but this year was the worst. When booking units for January guests should be made aware of proximity of remodeling projects. We are reconsidering January stays in the future.

We booked this condo for a 5 day family trip. We took our 2 small children (ages 4 and 7 months). The condo was clean and tastefully decorated (updated). The view of the pool and ocean from the balcony is nice. We don't stay in cheap places when we got out of town and I absolutely have nothing negative to say about this one! We really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to get back! Thank you!
