„Hotel Staff was very helpful; very clean and a lively bar w/ a nice staff.“

„Windows are very old and the hotel is surrounded by busy roads and a highway. You have the impression that the window is constantly open, because it is so noisy in the room because of the motor vehicles. The windows should be soundproof and renovated and the noise is also getting through the aur conditioning opening. „Lärmig. Kein Frühstück. Zimmer relativ klein. Internet läuft sehr langsam. Eismaschine defekt.“

„I had a confirmed reservation at Unity Hotel (“No Parking & Rooms Are Upstairs”) and was denied check-in upon arrival. I arrived around 5:30 PM, and there was no one at the front desk. The area was extremely cluttered, with papers taped everywhere, and there were no clear instructions on how to check in. I called the property and received no response. After waiting, I went through a gated door that led toward the rooms, assuming I would find someone to assist. At that point, a woman came out ...
