we will have maintenance look into your room odor, The shuttle has not been available since 2019. as Hershey park will not allow them any longer other than the Hershey Lodge and Hershey Hotel, due to the parking daily fees going directly to the park since the end of the 2019 season. Housekeeping is done on a daily basis with trash removal and towel refresh daily on a stayover and full housekeeping (changing sheets is done on every third day of a stay, Per Wyndham's Green Policy that is posted in every guest room.
