The spacious screened porch is a highlight of the home, with comfortable lounge seating and a dining table for meals in the fresh air. Start the morning here with a cup of coffee, gather for lunch between activities, or settle in with a book while the rest of the group plays. The adjoining open deck and gas grill make casual vacation dinners easy.

Pull up an Adirondack chair around the fire pit and enjoy the waterfront surroundings. It is an inviting place to trade stories, reconnect, and make the kind of simple vacation memories you will talk about long after you leave.

Inside, bright living spaces, wood floors, and large windows create a warm, welcoming feel. The main living room offers comfortable seating and a TV, with easy access to the porch. A second living area gives your group another spot for a movie, a quiet conversation, or a little downtime. A wet bar with a sink and glass-door beverage refrigerator keeps drinks and snacks close at hand.



🍽️ COOK, SHARE & STAY AWHILE

The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and an island with counter seating. A refrigerator, electric range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and utensils make meals at home easy. Brew your morning cup in the drip coffee maker before heading out to the porch. Its open connection to the dining area keeps the cook part of the conversation. Gather around the indoor dining table for a family meal or take dinner out to the screened porch. • Bedroom 4: Twin-over-full bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle.

• Bedroom 5: Queen bed.

• A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is at the top of the stairs.



BASEMENT

• A fourth full bathroom with a shower.



🛁 FOUR FULL BATHROOMS

Two bathrooms are on the main floor, one is on the top floor, and one is in the basement. The home accommodates a maximum of 14 guests.
