• Unreliable GPS. Please note that GPS does not work for this location. Please review and take note of our written directions before departing on your trip.
• Noise Ordinance and Construction Noise
Exterior quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful mountain environment. Construction noise should be expected during working hours until the building is complete.
• 4WD/AWD Recommended. During winter months or inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended. We recommend one with sufficient clearance (i.e SUV, Truck, or raised Sedan).
• Street Parking Prohibited. Please note that parking in the road is strictly prohibited in this community, and violators may be towed without warning. There is a maximum of 3 cars allowed at the home. Thank you in advance for adhering to this important community regulation.
