Beautiful Golf Resort home on 3 levels,1 mile south of Helen, Georgia.  Bring the family & enjoy this lovely home with so many special features.  Plenty of room for everyone.  Grandparents or adult kids can enjoy the privacy of the terrace level with their own fireplace, TV, living area & small kitchenette.  A bedroom with a double bed and a 2nd bedroom with twin beds on the terrace level provides a roomy separate living area.  

The main floor is spacious and has a delightful kitchen area with large open counter space & lots of cabinets.  The living room area is cozy & spacious with a wood burning fireplace, comfy sofa and large picture windows looking out over a roomy deck.  For more formal dining there is a dining table for 6.  The home has a washer & dryer for guests to use.

Upstairs the 2 bedrooms, one king and the other queen.  Each have en suite bathrooms so guests can enjoy their  privacy.  The king bathroom has a jetted tub for guests to relax after a fun day shopping & exploring in Helen.

Innsbruck Resort has a community pool which guests are welcome to use, along with pickleball. Visit the Amenities tab for details and pictures.
Alpine Helen is only 1 mile north of Innsbruck with fabulous restaurants, great shopping and fun activities for the kids. Tubing on the river is always popular in the summer months, along with mini golf  & the Alpine Roller Coaster. Oktoberfest is a great time to visit Helen with lots of music & other activities. Thanksgiving & Christmas are favorite times to visit Alpine Helen with Christmas lights, parades, fun shopping and lots of ideas for unique gift buying.
