All-Season Respite on the Jordanelle

Welcome to your winter, spring, summer and fall respite! New to the rental market. Recently redesigned home in a quiet complex optimally located for year-round activity. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. Tons of space to play, relax and unwind.

The space
We are opening our home to you to enjoy all of the fun that the Wasatch Back has to offer. Located on a quiet street with easy access to a bounty of activities, we are excited to welcome families and groups. We love our house and respect our neighbors – please no parties, loud groups or loud music.

Cozy up in our 2,400 square foot home that features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two living rooms and ample space for 10 people.

Enter through the carved wooden door to a foyer where you can leave your winter boots and coats – and your worries! – behind. Descend into the basement where you will find a sizeable living area with a pull-out couch, bedroom and full bathroom. Work from the office set-up or relax in front of the TV mounted above the fireplace. If you’re looking for maximum relaxation, enjoy the hot tub out back. Hang out upstairs in the main living area and watch a movie, play a game around the dining room table, or sit out on the patio while your food heats up on the grill. When it’s time to rest, retire up to the third level to find a full bathroom and two bedrooms. At the top of the house is an alcove with a desk for work or creative time and a full owner’s suite complete with a jetted bathtub and separate shower. While enjoying the space, be sure not to miss the views of the Deer Valley ski runs out the back windows.

We designed this space for maximum comfort and are pleased to offer ample blankets and luxurious robes and towels. We also have a full ski suite in the garage, complete with ski and snowboard racks, a caddy for hanging snow gear and a wall mounted 6 pair boot dryer. If you’re visiting during warmer months, we offer bike racks and other sport storage.

The area
Enjoy world-class skiing (and riding) in the Winter! Do you have an Ikon Pass? We’re 4 minutes away from the Deer Valley Gondola, less than 45 minutes from the Wasatch Front where you can explore Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude, and (new for the 22/23 season!) 60 minutes away from Snowbasin.

Do you have an Epic Pass? We’re less than 20 minutes from Park City and Canyons.

Do you cross-country ski? There are more than 70 kilometers of groomed trails in Park City and the surrounding mountains.

There is no shortage of outdoors to explore in the warmer months! Mountain biking trails abound and in less than 20 minutes, you can be in the heart of the Uinta-Cache Mountains hiking, backpacking, camping, off-roading and exploring.

Half a mile down the road is the Jordanelle Reservoir where you can rent jet skis and boats, reserve a picnic spot, play beach volleyball and cool down in the glacier-fed waters.

Just 15 minutes down the road, you’ll find fishing and rafting in the Provo River, more boating at the Deer Creek Reservoir and even a zipline.

When you’re done exploring, enjoy the food and drinks in Downtown Park City or the charming town of Midway. Whether you’re looking for some great people watching (Main Street!) or a low-key evening, you don’t have to go far to find it. We’ll include a list of some of our favorite hang-outs in your welcome letter, and please feel free to page through any of the local guides in the living room.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the condo at the Jordanelle. The condo is in a great location, with easy access to Park City, Heber and our favorite, Midway. The condo was perfect for just the two of us but fantastic when our family was with us! Eric, the owner, was available when needed and responded quickly to any questions we had. Great guy! My husband and I were there for the entire month of August. It was great.

We were unable to get the lights in the living room and dining room to come on. We contacted everyone we could think of to help us and got NO help. The lights over the fireplace were insufficient for reading and visiting and the lights behind the couch and in the dining room we were unable to turn on. People we talked to said someone would come help but they never did. I have requested a refund but have been told no several times

Incredibly appointed property. We've stayed at several houses in PC / Deer Valley area over the years and this is the best one so far. A lot of places are meant to be rentals and the owners find the cheapest possible way of making the house rentable. That's not the case with this house. The little things are well thought out throughout the house. Really great place.

Great house for multiple couples with rooms on each level. Under five minutes to Jordanelle Gondola. Right in between Park City and Heber. Just so you are aware someone came and serviced hot tub and took the trash bin out. We were not aware that was happening. Would stay again.

Family Ski Trip

My wife and I spent the week with our three adult children and spouses. Total of 8 adults. It was perfect. Everyone had a generous bedroom and the living areas were very spacious. Eric is a fantastic host and very responsive to all our needs. The appliances are top notch. High end stove and grill made it easy to cook meals and eat at home. Super large cloth washer and dryer. My wife loved having this luxury. It was the best stocked house we have ever rented. We really need nothing but food and essentials. Towels, robs, and bedding were five star quality. The location is perfect!! All the locals we met skiing said it was the best place to stay winter and summer. No traffic, right off highway, super easy access to Deer Valley Gondola and the new Deer Valley East village. When everyone else was stuck dealing with Sundance film festival traffic, we were two minutes from the Jordenelle gondola. Parking right at lift was still available until 9 to 9:30 am. After that they shuttle you from upper lot. Never a problem. We actually had a non skier drop us right at the lift and the complimentary ski valet kept our skis over night. The boot warm Eric installed in the garage just made it even better. If you plan to ski Deer Valley, this is your place. I can't say enough about this unit. Super high quality house with the perfect location. Thank you Eric for allowing us to spend a memorable week at your home.

Amazing Condo just 12-15 mins from Park City

We had a lovely time at this house. Amenities such as soap, towels, dishware, beds, etc were well thought out and higher quality than would be expected at a STR. The owner was really responsive to my questions and ensured we had everything we needed. The place comfortably fit 6 adults but could easily fit 2-3 more. The hot tub was clean and easy to access. We were only about 10 mins from park city (town) with plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy. We couldn’t be happier with our stay!

Phenomenal Ski House

This was an excellent property for our two familes enjoying a ski vacation over New Years. The location is quiet and provides excellent access to the Deer Ballet gondola, PC and Kimball Junctions. The house is laid out wonderfully with plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped and Eric has provided numerous games and activities for all ages. The hot tub was also excellent and simple to use. Finally, Eric was an exceptional host who was responsive and on top of everything throughout our stay. We will defiantly be back next season.

Beautiful Summer Get-Away

We were hoping to find an escape from the Texas heat that provided the comforts of our own home and did just that at this beautiful property. Conveniently located just SE of the busier Park City/Deer Valley area, with a short commute to Midway and the neighboring golf courses, we could not have picked a better location for convenience. We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the linens and towels and a comfortable bed, along with a fully stocked kitchen with lots of "extras" to our surprise. Our friendly host Eric was very responsive to our inquiries and provided a wealth of recommendations for dining & entertainment. We would definitely consider another stay here in the future. This house has all that you need to enjoy a great vacation at Deer Valley. With easy access to the Jordanelle Gondola you can get on and off the mountain while avoiding the main lodge traffic. Plenty of room to spread out at the end of a long day.

Great location!

Perfect location near multiple ski areas. Owners went above and beyond to make the property feel like home - cozy atmosphere, bathroom amenities, kitchen has lots of accessories. The space is large enough for 10 people yet there’s still room to spread out and maintain privacy. Excellent Stay at a Beautiful Home

We had an amazing stay at this property from Feb 1st to 5th. The communication with the Owner prior to and during our stay was excellent. The home itself is of excellent quality and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you could want to prepare any sort of meal. The location of the home to the Deer Valley Jordanelle Gondola was a huge plus for our family. The large hot tub provided some much needed relaxation after a hard day of skiing. We had a great time here and made some fun memories.
