Bedrooms
Relax in ultimate comfort with two spacious king bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a serene retreat after a day on the slopes or exploring the outdoors. The third bedroom offers added flexibility, featuring a bunk bed with a queen sofa on bottom and full on top. There is an extra full bed rollout, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests.

Guests also have access to the community clubhouse, which is typically open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that these are shared amenities managed by the HOA, not by Vistay, and we cannot be held responsible if they are unavailable or closed during your stay.

The clubhouse keycard is located inside the unit, near the front door. Please take care of the keycard, as a $100 replacement fee will apply if it is lost.

MIDA has partnered with Downtowner/Via to provide the Mountain Mover, a complimentary shuttle service for residents and guests in select Jordanelle areas. The guest has access to the entire condo.

Underground Parking:
There is one dedicated parking spot in the underground parking lot.

Private Ski Storage:
In the garage is private ski storage guests will have access to. The previous guest has donated a brand-new set of sleds for your usage.

If sleds are in the storage, feel free to use and place back in storage when done. If broken or not there, please let us know so we can replace (no charge to guest).

Security Deposit Policy
A refundable security deposit of $300 will be collected 2 days prior to your check-in date. This deposit is held to cover any potential damages or policy violations during your stay. It will be automatically released within 2 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

Thank you for understanding, this helps us maintain the property in top condition for all our guests.

Ski Locker
-The ski locker located just outside the front door. The key for the locker can be found next to the key card. We recommend keeping all ski gear in this closet for convenience and safety.

Mail & Packages
-Guests are welcome to have packages delivered during their stay. Packages will be placed in the Mail Room next to the hot tubs. Please note that this is at your own risk — we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Important Key Information
-The ski locker and mail room keys are difficult to replace. A $150 fee will be charged if any keys are lost.
-No smoking/vaping or illegal drug activity is allowed on the property, there will be a charge in addition to any damages they may have occurred from smoking inside the home.
-Undeclared Guests: Guests must match the reservation. Undeclared guests will be charged 2x the applicable additional guest fee.
-No food is allowed in the living room.
-Pets are allowed for minimal pet fee.
-Keep pets off the furniture
-No events, parties, or large gatherings
-Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
-Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 10 guests
-Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
-Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
-Parking can vary in different complexes; vehicles must only be parked in designated areas. Please call ahead of time to inquire about RV, trailer, and boat parking as some complexes do not provide this.
