What Makes This Home Work for Large Groups



Five king suites give couples, parents, and grandparents real privacy. Four of the five are intentionally similar in size and finish, which removes the room-assignment friction that defines most large-group ski rentals in Park City. The fifth king is the primary suite — upper floor, private workspace, private deck, and Jordanelle Reservoir views.



The custom bunk room is right next to one main-level king suite and shares its bathroom, a configuration built for parents traveling with younger children. Four gathering spaces operate independently across three levels: the main-level great room, the dedicated media room, the upper-level loft, and the lower-level game room with foosball and air hockey.



Deer Valley East Village Access



The Gathering House at Jordanelle is a ten-minute drive to the Deer Valley East Village gondola base. Deer Valley East Village opened for the 2024–25 season and features North America's newest gondola access. The Gathering House is positioned close enough for easy morning departures, far enough to avoid the parking compression and crowd density of Deer Valley's original base areas.



Is this a ski-in/ski-out property? No. The Gathering House is a ten-minute drive to Deer Valley East Village. For most families and groups, that tradeoff produces more space, easier parking, and quieter evenings than comparable ski-in/ski-out inventory at materially higher nightly rates.



Kitchen and Outdoor Living



The kitchen was built for groups of ten to twelve to cook and eat together. Oversized island, gas range, walk-in pantry, prep space for shared meals or private chef service. The dining table seats eight to ten with additional breakfast bar seating. The covered hot tub seats eight and faces the Jordanelle Reservoir.
