„I had a great stay in Madison with my team. The house was as described, clean and in a quiet safe neighborhood. I recommend this house if you are in the area. “

„We were in town for a family wedding. Venue was only 15 minutes away from house. Met our needs except for one. My handicapped mother can't go up and down stairs. Listing shows bedroom on ground floor which isn't accurate. She had to sleep on the couch in the living room. Suggest that the room setup as an office could be set up as a lower level bathroom to accommodate elderly people. “

„This house is out a bit, which is exactly what we like. Sit on the patio and you get a fantastic view of the mountains. Go for a walk and put your legs to the test. The hosts left a great welcome gift, and were wonderful to talk to. Highly recommend staying here...“

„Relaxing stay rained every day we were there, but with the screened in porch we got to watch the wildlife. Watched an eagle catch a fish, cranes fly and land nearby, geese fly and swim by. Enjoyed the fishing when it wasn't raining, caught fish every day we were there. We plan to rent again this fall. The owner was very friendly and responded quickly to questions, check in was very easy. Loved our stay.“

„This property has a VERY large, fenced backyard in a very dog friendly neighborhood. (I felt sorry for the cats next door, although they didn't seem to be bothered at all. LOL) It's in a quiet neighborhood that seemed to have a lot of military people, probably because of RSA. The house was clean, the water hot, the appliances worked. What more can you ask for?“

„Had a group of 5 guys that stayed for a disc golf weekend. The place was great! No issues at all. Quiet neighborhood. Easy and quick access to restaurants, grocery store, etc. Check in and check out were super easy. Not one complaint from any of our group! “

„House worked out perfect for our visit to the Space and Rocket Center. My husband and I went along on field trip with daughter and family. Much nicer than having to rent two hotel rooms. Checkin was smooth. House was clean and as advertised! Our grandkids loved the snack basket provided. Owner was quick to respond when we had a question. Highly recommend this rental!“

„Barsala provided a great apartment for rent for a few days at a good price. The process can be more stream-lined for the future. Their website had trouble using my phone's camera (even after granting permissions) to verify I was the person on my driver's license. I had to do the authentication process on my laptop with my webcam. They also use an app called Latch to provide access to the door lock. Just make sure you keep your important belongings on you before leaving the apartment if you are ...

„The lake was beautiful,the house was spotless and just as shown in the pictures. The host was very accommodating and the snack assortment that was there for us was the perfect touch. We look forward to going back and I will recommend the Blue Heron to everyone I know.“

Nehmen ist seliger als Geben !!!

"Halt! Stop! Gehen Sie nicht in dieses Hotel! Ich bin Gold Member bei Hotels.com und ich weiss wie man Buchungen vornimmt. Aber beim Einchecken in diesem Hotel sagte man mir: "sorry, Sir, there's no booking for you! We can't help any further!" Der Not gehorchend habe ich als Walk-In eingecheckt und logischerweise nochmals den vollen Betrag bezahlt. Zuhause hat dann ein Email Verkehr mit Hotels.com statttgefunden, der einen 4cm hohen Papierstapel ausmacht. Und obwohl es eine Confirmation Number vom Hotel gibt wollte man zuerst gar nichts wissen von einer Rückerstattung. Es erforderte einen immensen Druck von Hotels.com bis dann endlich, nach fast einem Monat, die Rückerstattungen vergütet wurden. Danke vielmals den Mitarbeitern von Hotels.com für die Mithilfe! Und dem Hotel kann ich nur raten die Damen an der Reception und/oder die Accountants so schnell wie möglich auszuwechseln! Stop! Don't stay at this hotel! I'm Gold Member at Hotels.com and I know how to make bookings. But when I checked in at this hotel, I was told: "Sorry, sir, there's no booking for you! We can't help any further!" Obeying the emergency, I checked in as walk-in and, of course, paid the full amount again. At home, I exchanged emails with Hotels.com, which amounted to a 4cm-high stack of paper. And even though we had a confirmation number from the hotel, it refused to offer any refunds !!! It took immense pressure from Hotels.com to solve this. Thank you Hotels.com! And shame on that hotel in Huntsville!"

"Unfortunately, during my visit there was construction work going on in the entire hallway and the workers left a lot of dirt in the hallway. Instructions for better tidying up would be appropriate. In my room the suction in the bathroom was very loud. In addition, the outside windows were very dirty, which wasn't a pretty sight. Otherwise nice hotel with very friendly staff. Very good location."

"Everythings fine. Wonderful room with kitchen, washer and dryer. Absolutly clean, frindly staff and parking included. The price was also ok. Near to Walmart Supercenter and some restaurants. If i ever come back, i will surely stay here. Thanks a lot"
