„My wife and I stay at this location whenever we are overnight in Des Moines. We have probably stayed her 30 to 40 times over the last few years. The staff has always been great to work with, the rooms are in great condition, the location is very close to shopping and restaurants. „This motel ranks among the very top motels we have ever stayed at. Staff at check-in was efficient and very friendly. The room was clean, well-designed and attractively decorated, as was the entire building. The breakfast was ample, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, bagels, doughnuts, yogurt, you name it. Also a nice variety of beverages. The great room with cozy fireplace and computer access for guests was wonderful. Will be looking forward to staying at the Wildwood Lodge again!“

„Second time staying here and just like last time it was a great and pleasant stay. Staff is friendly and helpful, check in and out was fast and smooth, good night's rest. Pretty sure our hotel room was haunted as a couple lights would randomly turn on at times and noticed some lights would randomly pulse/change their brightness levels when they were on, but hey other than that it was all around great. We'll be back again in the future! “
