We paid extra money to purchase the ocean front/ocean view but given the garden and partial pool view room on the ground. They said they could not accommodate the other room because all the room were already occupied..then, refund our money.

Perfect suite for 2 families!
Modern and upgraded suite! Our check in experience was great, we even received a box of macadamia chocolates as our welcome gift. For party of 4 the space was enough, we love that there are two bathrooms and both standing showers.

Married in Maui
This was the best vacation ever. My wife and i actually went to Maui to get married. The room was amazing. Staff was great.... (shout-out to KK) for recommendations on places to go and eat. We will definitely be back next year for our 1 year anniversary!

The Hyatt residence club restore is amazing. The rooms are EXCEPTIONAL! Definitely one of our favorite places to stay. The staff was very friendly and food/drinks at the bar were great. Only thing that was missing due to covid were the hot tubs! I also wish the convenience store was open past 6pm. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

property was excellent - rooms lovely and spacious plus spotlessly clean - staff were friendly and most helpful in every way. Pool area lovely and spacious, with large area - good for family with children. Tiki bar was great and staff excellent. Wonderful restful place - our only wish even though grocery shop was on the grounds, was breakfast area could of been situated within the residence however, walked to Hyatt Hotel next door for buffet breakfast each morning where we found Staff excellent. On the whole a beautiful place and rate it at 100% - sorry to leave.

This was a great place to stay during one of the busiest times to vacation on Maui. Capacity was full, but it was not overcrowded, so it didn't feel overwhelming. I would definitely return if I choose to stay in Ka'anapali.

Check in was horrible! They charged my card over 2k (should have been 400.00). Then when I got to the room, it looked nothing like what was it was supposed to. Then when I got back home from my trip, I had a $1550.00 hold on my card (they couldn’t explain) and also another 2200.00 charge that they said would take 7-10 days to refund! Completely screwed my bank account up, and all they had to say was “sorry”... I won’t be back!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of chairs at the pools. Great drinks at the Tiki bar. Unit had everything we needed! Only complaint is that the adult pool was more like a hot tub - too warm to enjoy in the Maui sun!

Nothing but great things to write. We stayed in the two bed room with three couples. There was plenty of room for all of us and the pullout couch was comfortable for a pull out. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook and eat dinner on the balcony during sunset. Would stay here again.

Beauty! Comfort! Location! This is a gorgeous property located on Ka'anapali Beach. The rooms are super spacious, comfortable and beautiful, the views of the pool area and ocean are spectacular. It's walking distance from great restaurants and activities along the beachside walkway. We loved every minute of our stay here!

The Hyatt Residence is a beautiful resort. Their 3 bedroom villas are a home away from home. Their pools and landscape are inviting and tropical. This hotel has an appeal that makes you want to return ASAP.

Our family of 6 had a great 5 days at the resort. Service was great, pool area perfect for kids and adults. We had a great stay. It’s a one mile walk to Whaler’s Village along the path for shopping or meals.
