„Our favourite hotel in Peru so far. The beds were comfy, the view overlooking the city is spectacular, hot showers and the biggest spread for breakfast. Its a bit of a walk up the narrow streets but so quiet and peaceful once you arrive. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. We Highly recommend.“

„Overall a nice stay although a bit pricey.“

„Wunderschönes Hotel im Viertel San Blas. Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr empfehlenswert.“

„I messaged the hotel beforehand that I will check in late as I am coming from Machu Picchu. I asked them to make sure that someone is in the reception to open the door for me. And Rodrigo was there to open the door for me. He even put the bag I asked them to store for me while I was in Machu Picchu in my room.“

„The best place to stay in Cuzco. I spent 12 nights in this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast and amenities are aligned with those of a 4- or 5-star hotel. The staff were very friendly. Last but not least, the hotel is very close to the city centre (5-minute walk). If I had to come back to Cuzco soon, I would definitely book this hotel again.“

Excelente!“

„Our stay was perfect. We got an upgrade for all three nights. Food was good however the food at the Belmond Machupicchu was significant better( Real Gourmet). The temperature of the pool schould be a bit higher. The coffee machine in the room is great however on the first day it did not work. I recommend to change to Nespresso. They wanted to charge us for the taxi to Poroy USD 50.- finaly they organised for us a normal taxi for 25 S.“

„After we checked out, they stored our bags for free for 2 days until we checked back in after our Machu Picchu trip. Excellent service overall.“

„The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful for any needs. The “air conditioning “ was only a heater but in the winter that was fine. Summertime may be a different story. All-in-all I was very pleased and would stay there again. The location is great- so close to Plaza De Armas. Breakfast was greasy and delicious every day.“

„Nice hotel with great views. The shower was not closed at the front, meaning that the bath was all wet after each shower. Worse was that on the last two days there was no running water. This meant that we could not shower or use the toilet after sweaty hikes and before our flight, but this was probably an issue for multiple building in this area. We wanted to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant but it was mostly closed, even though indicated otherwise. Finally, we only had breakfast twice at ...
