Durch die doppelt verglasten Fenster kann man den Verkehrslärm ausschalten, wenn man bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen kann. Es geht um das Schlafzimmer zur Str. Der Sitz im Höfchen ist nur für 2 Personen. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut, die Zudecken zu warm. Moderne Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Ideal für 2 oder 3 Personen.“

„Quiet relaxing stay, great jacuzzi, PH levels were spot on, landlords were accommodating and helpful. Bedrooms were clean and towels provided. The underground heating in the kitchen and bathroom was a good touch. Local amenities were very close. Tescos express is a 2 mins drive. Overall very satisfying stay“

„This is a lovely house right in the centre of Rye, in walking distance from everywhere. Despite this it is quiet. The house is beautiful and has everything you need.“

„A lovely relaxing weekend by the sea. We love the Beach House in Pevensey Bay; this was the second time we have stayed and just as perfect as the first time. „This property is just amazing. Full of character and charm and so very well suited to the large group that we were. From under 2’s to grandparents in their 80’s, it was spot on Offering high chairs, potty’s, travel cots and plastic child friendly plates etc, as well as swings and garden toys, our great niece and nephew were very well catered for The house is full of nooks and crannies, so it was easy to find a quiet spot to sit and read or have forty winks!
