„We couldn't have had a more ideal accommodation for our stay with 2 teenage sons. The parking space was invaluable, as parking is an issue in Rye. EV charging at the back of the building opposite. Not the most scenic of settings, but safe and quiet and a few minutes' walk to everything in Rye. Super well equipped kitchen. Family seating in the lounge and very comfy beds. Good shower (although the grouting could do with a bit of TLC). Friendly welcome from the lady at the motel (which I presume ...

„We loved the huge and interesting house and garden It was better equipped than any other house we had stayed in - especially the kitchen. Parking arrangements are good. The village has a choice of food shops within walking distance. The sea is close. We would have liked the house to have been warmed up and aired a little before our arrival but that’s a small grumble. We really enjoyed our stay there - it worked very well for us. We could be both together and separate !“
