The home is laid out over 3 finished levels. The main level of the home has gatherings spaces including the kitchen with island seating and top-of-the-line appliances, a living area with fireplace and smart TV, plus a seating area overlooking the pool and backyard. The dining areas include the main dining table with seating for 10 plus a kitchen table with seating for 6. A wet bar with extra storage is a great place to prepare a pre-dinner cocktail or an early morning coffee. The primary bedroom suite features a king bed, smart TV, large walk-in closet and a stunning ensuite primary bath with dual vanities and oversized glass shower. A mud room, laundry room, a half bathroom and the 2 car garage complete the floor.

The second level of the home is separated into 2 individual upstairs wings. The main upstairs wing has 2 bedrooms (one with 2 queen beds and one with 1 king bed and 2 single beds in trundle style) and a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The other upstairs wing is serviced by a separate staircase off the mud room on the other side of the house and is a totally private bedroom suite with 1 king bed, 2 single beds in trundle style and a ensuite bathroom with glass shower.

The walk-out lower level of the home is a true multi-use space with tons of amenities including: smart TV area with comfy seating, gaming table, shuffleboard table, billiards table, foosball table, ping-pong table that sits on top of billiards, home gym (including a Peloton Bicycle, free weights and a weight bench) and a full bathroom with glass shower.

Outside is the crown jewel of the home: a heated, LED lit, salt water pool with attached spa that comes alive at the press of a button from inside the house. The resort style pool area features a outdoor dining table with seating for 10, a gas grille, chaise loungers, club chairs, umbrellas for those who like some shade with their sunny weather and everyone's favorite Cape Cod amenity: a lovely enclosed outdoor shower. Spend your days swimming or reading under an umbrella.
