Was absolutely gross. There was stains on the bedding. Floors where dirty. Food left in the dresser from whoever stayed before us. WAY over priced for lack of cleanliness!

Rip off !!!! BEWARE
The hotel did not have hot water ..was not informed on check in.. Refrigerator in room did not work... No working ice machines. Several dead bugs in room.. Booked room for 2 nights in advance. The manager told me I would get a full refund since the hot water could not be repaired during my stay....so i had to find another hotel... 30 minutes after i left the hotel I got a call from OYO hotel incorporated.. Some Asain woman that could only speak broken English (couldn't understand her) Finally understood i was not getting a full refund...I was going to be charged a higher rate for the first night...than i had booked and pre paid for...through hotel.com... What a rip off..scam... This was reported to Hotel.com customer services...have not heard back from them concerning this problem..but keep getting emails from OYO hotels stating i will be charged a higher rate for the 1st night... Will never stay at a OYO hotel again... This was reported To my credit card company as a fraud charge and unauthorized... Consumers beware!!!!!!

Room was very comfortable and clean. The electrical devices like a multi outlet that the tv and other things were plugged into needs replacing. All the plugs were worn out and some would not charge my personal items. I didn't like that there was a extension multi outlet lying next to the bed that was powering the light next to the bed. Seems unsafe.

The night clerk, when we came in, couldn’t find my reservation rooms were not very clean and had a weird smell small black mold in the bathroom. It was not the worst day, but not the nicest either.

Place is in need of repair. AC intermittent, tub didn't drain, lights didn't work. Bed linens and bath were reasonably clean. The rest of the room was pretty bad. Its in need of a major remodel. Price was a bit high for the other hotels near by. Definitely chose the wrong place.

Hotel is clean. Staff was very friendly. There is a Cracker Barrel within walking distance and a gas station adjacent to the property. So convenience is there.

The door key wouldnt work and we were so tired. Instead of making us wait for someone to fix the door, they upgraded us from 2 queen beds to a single king. The room was beautiful, clean, and fresh feeling/smelling. The only flaw was the security latch was missing. The breakfast was great. The staff went out of their way to make sure the coffee was fresh, and every few minutes they checked to make sure everything was stocked full. The check in went quickly and was exactly what we expected. My family lives nearby, so i will be back often!

I will be submitting my concerns to Wyndham international regarding my findings. Upon check in our room had a strong odor which I found difficult to deal with. I called the front desk to inform them of this and a man named Steve helped to find us another room. While waiting for a new room assignment I happened to pull the curtains closed and noticed dog poop behind the curtain. I also noticed water in the ice container in the new room we were assigned which I assume was from a previous patron. I also found a restaurant receipt on floor in this room, dated 05/14/2023. Is this the last time someone was here and is this when it was last cleaned.? I did not feel comfortable sleeping on the bed and slept on towels. This is disgraceful that this hotel can be this unmanaged and fall under the Wyndham name. Do not come here! Steve who helped find another room was very sweet and we appreciated his help.

We have stayed here before so we were really surprised that the bathroom was so dirty. Also no Kleenex and very little toilet paper with no back up rolls. The glasses at the sink weren’t wrapped so we had to use the coffee cups. The bedroom was clean and comfortable but we weren’t comfortable with taking a bath or shower.

I have stayed at this hotel @ 2x yearly since 2010 for horse shows. The beds & linens are comfortable. Most showers have good water pressure. They allow pets under 60 lbs. Upgrades have been done over the years. Typically it is very clean. The room I had this time had not been fully cleaned. Apparently recent hosuekeeping staff are not up to par, but I think those staff members have been dismissed. Management tries to resolve any problems for you. Overall, I will stay again. Good value.

A nice place to stay.
The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Overall the room was very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner was a little loud but worked very well. Our only complaints were that the material on the chair and ottoman were itchy also there were what appeared to be cigarette burns on the tub and stains in the toilet that made it look like it needed cleaned.

The hotel is older and even when it is clearly marked a non-smoking room, sometimes people smoke in the rooms and leave marks on the tubs. I have addressed with staff the need to have everything sparkling.

Not good.
Room was dusty. Bathroom had mold and calcium build up. A/C unit made a loud noice when it was on. The person at the front desk got a little annoyed with me when i told her about the A/C unit the next day. Will not staybthere again.

The first room they checked us into had beds that were slept in. We asked for a different room and they gave us a room with clean sheets stacked on the bed. So we made the beds ourselves, in the dark because the lights didn’t work, and then realized we had no pillows. The outlets didn’t work, there were no shower curtain, and there was dead bugs on the bathroom floor.

The door to the room was not shut when we got there barely got it to lock w/deadbolt then wouldn’t lock just push open when we left and the tv didn’t work Reported the problem to be told if you would have told us last night we could have changed you but when we checked in they told the person in front of us that they only had smoking rooms available Went down for breakfast at 8:00 leaving Hubby in the room because couldn’t lock the door. Breakfast area was a mess with garbage overflowing on to counter and nothing warm to eat no waffle batter and Juice Machine not working. Had to climb stairs to get to room and trash laying around.
