„Landhausstil am Stadtrand, mit großem Garten zum kleinen Fluß, dahinter am Horizont die Kathedrale. Am Abend gibt es einen Shuttlebus in die Stadt (Hotel hat kein Restaurant). Zimmer geräumig, Bad modern. Klimaanlage. Sehr gut gelegen zur Besichtigung von Salisbury und Umgebung.“

„Das Hotel liegt an einer ziemlich befahrenen Straße, allerdings entschädigt der unmittelbare Blick auf die gegenüberliegende Kirche für vieles.
Wir haben 4 Nächte dort übernachtet, auch jeweils mit Abendessen. Das Essen war gut, das Frühstück für den hohen Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, eher dürftig.
Am meisten verwundert hat uns der fehlende Zimmerservice, d.h. an 2 aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen hat erst auf Nachfrage jemand abends die Betten gemacht, allerdings hat das Zimmer während unseres ...
