„Wonderful stay at Cubby House in Kaikoura! Leanne and Richard have created an oasis complete with an amazing view and friendly-furry-4-legged greeters. We traveled in NZ for over 2 weeks and Cubby House was the only place we stayed that had this level of charm, the most amazing coffee machine ever, and a fridge full of wonderful breakfast ingredients. If the opportunity arises, we will certainly be back.“

„Exceeded everything we had expected. Stunning views, lots of space to wander, beach just below.
Stay more than one night to soak up the ever changing vista. Birdsong during the day, with many fantails, swallows and bellbirds together with a snowcapped backdrop. We had one stunning cloudless night to take in the milky way stretching above us with no light pollution at all.

„One of our favorite stays in New Zealand. The room is fabulous, the views are stunning, and the property is unbelievable. Jo was a fabulous host and a beautiful soul, it was like staying with friends. The gardens are so lush, you can spend a day getting lost through the secret pathways while picking fresh fruit from the trees and soaking in the beauty that surrounds you, from the mountain peaks to the breathtaking views of the ocean…. A true paradise, very hard to leave.“

„By far one of the nicest and well equipped sommerhouses we as a family have ever stayed at.
Glorious view of the bay from the spacious living and kitchen, and really nice to master bedrooms and and extra very big bedroom for 3 persons. The beds were very good and it was a quiet place to sleep.
I will very much recommend this to everyone traveling in New Zealand, and we would gladly have stayed longer if we had not already booked for the next 7 days.
