The main reception staff are polite and helpful. They were welcoming and lovely but everything else wasnt great Breakfast their were many fruit flys and not that many options, just a few bread options, salad bar, pho and egg station. The room was okay, the tv was only in Vietnamese could not change it. Only stayed here 3 nights wouldn't have stayed any longer The location is at the end of an alley way, quiet location but about 25/40 minute drive from main tourists shops, train street, note coffee, banh mi 25 etc. The massage ladies in Lotus Spa the hotel massage ladies - STAY AWAY - they are inappropriate and disrespectful. I attended with my husband and the lady tried to get a tip by offering sexual services very disrespectful, the street massages were more respectful

미딩에서 10여분 떨어진곳으로 하노이 롯데타워 미딩 중간지점 호텔 컨디션은 최근 지어진 곳으로 나무랄데가 없슴 주변에 괜찮은 카페들이 많이 있으나 출장등이 아니면 하루정도 묶을만한 거리 직원들의 친절함 청결도 좋음 한국어대응 안됨, 영어 베트남어 대응은 완벽 일이 바뻐서 스파엔 못가봤지만 가본사람 얘기론 좋다고 함 조식은 5성급 보단 조금 떨어지지만 맛과 종류는 정말 다양하고 좋음 쌀국수 자체는 조금 비릿하지만 이것저것 첨가해서 먹으면 해장으로 최고~ 샤워실 수압도 좋고 컨디션 좋음 미딩쪽이나 중심지에 있으면 이가격으로 부킹 어려울듯 가성비도 그렇고 청결 친절 다 맘에 듬
