The staff at La Nueva Boutique was incredibly helpful and friendly. I could store my baggage for another two days after checkout, the room was cozy and equipped with all essentials, and the hotel's location is central yet quiet, so the old city can be reached within minutes by foot.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Hanoi. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Roof Top Bar ist superklasse. Und das Personal ist einfach hervorragend. Wir hatten unsere Silberhochzeitsreise und haben ein Upgrade in eine kleine Suite bekommen und es war ganz süß geschmückt. Desweiteren haben sie der Cruise die wir über das Hotel in die Halong Bucht gebucht hatten, einen Hinweis gegeben. So bekamen wir auch ein Zimmerupgrade und abends ein Celebration mit der Crew mit Kerzen und Cocktails. Großartig, wir waren so überrascht. Großes Kino.

Tolles Hotel in der Altstadt
Ein schönes Hotel in der Altstadt in der Nähe des Hoan-Kiem- Sees. Alle Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und bemühen sich, dem Gast alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Restaurant im 12 Stock ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Alle Speisen werden frisch zubereitet und sind nicht nur etwas für das Auge sondern sind auch sehr schmackhaft.

Wir wurden herzlichst begrüsst und mit einem Drink empfangen. Das Personal ist in allen Sparten sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde vor allem beim reichhaltigen Frühstück wie beim fakultativen Dinner Vieles über vietnamesisches Essen und ihrer Kultur erzählt; ausgezeichnete vietnamesische Küche. Auch ein Drink auf der Dachterrasse ist lohnenswert.

Perfect Hotel for Hanoi Central City
We have been in Hanoi for the first time, so it was perfect to have a smaller hotel with direct access to the main spots of the city. You can reach nearly everything by walking, the old town, the Hoan Kiem Lake, the French quarter, literature temple. We only took a taxi one time to go to the West Lake District, but even from there we walked to go back to the Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful from the beginning of our stay, explaining with city map where to go, booking tables, taxi and also a very nice and delightful tour to the Bai Tu Long Bay with luxury boat. This is the better choice than Halong Bay, because much less boats and tourists. Being late returning from the boat trip, we want explicitly to thank the staff crew for organizing a private pickup at a gas station along the road for our return in time to Hanoi airport.

Tolles Boutique-Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Wir waren in unseren Flitterwochen auch in Hanoi. Obwohl die Stadt uns nicht gefallen hat, gilt dies nicht für dieses Hotel. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite. Diese war ausreichend groß, sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das gesamte Personal ist höflich, zuvorkommend und hat das Wohl des Gastes im Sinn. Wenn Hanoi, dann empfehlen wir dieses Hotel.

Ich kann diese Hotel ohne Einschränkung empfehlen: der freundlichste Service, den ich je erlebt habe, begann schon beim Empfang und übertraf bis zum Ende alle Erwartungen. Tolles, neues Hotel
Das Hotel Hanoi Elegance Diamond liegt fußläufig in der Hanoier Altstadt und wurde im Mai 2010 neu gebaut und eröffnet. Es zwar nur 3,5 Sterne, aber die sind vom Allerfeinsten. Es wirklich alles top in Ordnung und man einen super Service, Englisch sprechend und nicht aufdringlich. In der Junior Suite gab es es einen Laptop mit Internetverbindung zur freien Verfügung, einen Obstkorb, Wasser und Wein (alles kostenlos). Und unser Zimmer hatte den einzigen Balkon des Hotels. Das tolle Frühstück wird im 12. Stock serviert, wahlweise Indoor oder auf der Dachterasse. Dafür ist das Hotel für vietnamesische Verhältnisse aber auch nicht gerade billig. Noch ein Tipp: Taxiabholung vom Flughafen mit dem Hotel vereinbaren. Kostet 16$ für die 35 km und klappt super. Bei der eigenen Taxiwahl wird man fast sicher über den Tisch gezogen...

This place is located in a great area with easy access to food and shops. The lake is a minute walk with lots to do around the area. The hotel itself is old but well kept. The rooms were nice, clean and included some toiletry essentials. The mini bar items were all quite cheap - approx $1usd so we had plenty of drinks/snacks. The rooftop bar was really nice- drinks were good and the food was tasty too. We had a group of 7 and were all pleased with what we ordered - from American to local dishes. The best thing about this place is the staff. They are all so nice and friendly - from the front desk to the dining and wait staff - they definitely helped make the stay more enjoyable. Tip: Using them to book the taxi made it easy for us - approx $25usd from the airport. Someone was waiting for us with a sign when we got out of customs. Made it nice not having to worry about transportation when we first arrived.

This hotel was our favorite in Hanoi! We stayed at other hotels for the same price, and weren't nearly as good as this one. The room was clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, market and Hoan Kien Lake. The breakfast had SO many delicious options, including vegetarian choices. In addition, the staff was helpful, cordial, kind and professional! We highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing staff & Lovely Skybar!
We had a wonderful stay! The staff are extremely accommodating and we received a super friendly welcome with helpful tips of the area. The staff truly made our stay - Jimmy is great! We got a free upgrade for Valentine's day which was a dleight - the room was lovely with a balcony and view of the local area. Good amenities and fruit provided in the room. We visited the skybar and enjoyed the happy hour. We would certainly recommend staying here as it is also conveniently located in the old quarter.

It was excellent, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Miss Lily arranged the booking of our motorbike quick and efficient. And Thom on arrival was a great help too. The room was very clean and spacious. A huge variety of food for breakfast and delicious. Thank you all.

Excellent hotel
Overall stay was 10/10. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They noticed it was my partner's birthday so they made it extra special for us by setting up the bed with a happy birthday decoration and they gave us cake.
