Stadthotel
Sehr zentrale Lage, Einkauf- und Essensmöglichkeiten vor der Türe Bekamen ein kleines aber sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon in den Innenhof. So war es auch ruhig und angenehm zum schlafen.

Kleines Schmuckstück im Gewusel
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde immer sehr freundlich bei jeder Frage weitergeholfen. Unsere Koffer wurden in die Zimmer getragen und wir konnten, obwohl wir um 8 Uhr morgens angekommen sind, schon frühstücken und mit einem kleinen Aufpreis einchecken. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft
Sehr angenehmes Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben in ein Zimmer im neuen Anbau gewechselt mit sehr schönen Zimmern. Frühstück mit frischen feinen lang vermissten Brötchen, reichhaltig. Da gehen wir gerne wieder hin, gute zentrale Lage.

The location was excellent, the rooms were large, and the beds were comfortable. If you don't mind stairs, this is an excellent place to stay.

Walking distance to everything
This hotel is located in the old quarter, not far from the lake. It is in the heart of the shoe district. Night market is also right around the corner. The hotel is small, not sure how many rooms total. The room is decent size and it had white sheets. Yes, the sheets are important to me to make sure my bed is clean. The room is clean and the bathroom is clean. Our shower door didn't latch on so the water splashed outside the door when using the shower. Overall, a decent hotel.

Good hotel in the center of Old quarter
We stayed at the classic hotel for one night. The room was comfortable, breakfast was good. Highlight of this hotel were the friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel.

We arrived in the middle of the night; reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We have a room in the 5th floor, facing another building, which was perfect for keeping the street noise out. Breakfast was good and plenty. The hotel has three separate but joined buildings, if you have issues with climbing stairs make sure to mention it to them, one of the buildings has an elevator. Pretty good deal for the price; we will stay again

Great and Unique Hotel to Stay In!
Lovely stay in this beautifully decorated hotel. Staff were all very welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful too. The famous Green Tangerine restaurant is just opposite the hotel, so do drop in and give it a try. No complain. Would stay again.

Great location in the old quarter if that's where you want to be: lake, restaurants, water puppet theater are within a short walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is alright: nothing too fancy, but good. Good value for the money.

Good location as situated in Old Quarter.
Very clean and big room for family suite. What you see in photos is what you will get. We had a very pleasant stay. However, the wifii speed and sound blockage of the room can be improved. Otherwise, it is a really good and affordable hotel to stay at.

寝るだけなら
前回良かったので今回も利用させてもらいました。 スタッフの応対もチェックイン時の迅速さも相変わらず良かったです。 部屋も清潔でした。朝食はバイキングで種類も価格相応ですが豊富で美味しくいただけました。 快適なホテルでしたが気になる所もありました。 まず、窓からの景観が真近に迫った隣の建物の壁でした。今回は薄型TVになっていましたがほとんどのチャンネルが受信不良状態でした。wifiもよく切れたりしていました。 TVはあまりみないし、現地のsimで対応したので特に問題はありませんでしたが、宿泊を考えている方はそんな部屋もあると参考にしてください。

Request front unit with historic charm
We stayed here twice and had two different experiences. Our first visit we stayed in the front units which are older and historic and have a lot of charm. Five stars for the front units. The second time we were put in the back units which are very modern and lack the charm you would associate with 'classic street hotel'. Not happy with the back units. Request a front unit with the historic charm.

좋은 위치, 하지만 에어컨은 꽝!!
위치는 괜찮습니다. 룸 컨디션은 오래된 건물이라 크게 기대 하지 않았지만 깨끗한 편이고 욕식도 제법 넓은 편 이었습니다. 에스컬레이터가 없어서 4층 이상은 힘들실것 같구요 에어컨이 낡아서 시원하지 않습니다. 더운 나라인데 에어컨이 시원하지 않은게 최고 단점인거 같습니다.

good hotel but not great
This hotel is good, but looses a few stars as there were inherent problems. Like the the tub in the bathroom leaks water like crazy when you take a shower. So you end up using a flip flop all the time or you will be walking on ick. The room that I was in had problems locking and opening, thought he staff was quick to take care of it. I had trouble nearly everyday trying to figure out if the door was locked or not. Not such a fun thing to do. The hotel is on a busy street but the noise does not reach your room. I would advise people not to book for tours from the hotel desk as they are extremely expensive. The hotel is close to Hoan Kiem lake. The room is equipped with coffee maker & an inroom safe

旧市街の便利な立地に位置するホテル
ホアンキエム湖から徒歩２・３分の旧市街に位置した立地の良いホテルでした。近くに旧市街のクラブなど夜遅くまで賑やかなエリアがある一方で、目の前の通りやホアンキエム湖周辺は夜は静かでした。また、徒歩１０秒のところに２４時間営業のサークルKサンクスがあり、便利です。目の前の通りには、他にもお店や旅行代理店がありました。スタッフの方は良い距離感で対応する人が多く、良かったです。朝食は、アメリカンブレックファーストのビュッフェと、注文式のフォーがありました。部屋には、窓があったものの目の前に建物の壁が見え残念でしたが、綺麗な部屋で特に満足行かなかった点はありませんでした。全体的に、満足の行くホテルでした。

I like this hotel its the third time I wave stayed My only reservation is this time we had an internal courtyard room above the kitchen and if we weren't getting up early for a flight I would not stay in that room as the noise started about 5 am Ask for a room facing the back of the hotel Staff helpful and friendly would stay again

괜찮으나, 다시 선택 하지 않을 예정
침대 시트는 말끔히 정리되어 있고, 위생상태도 매우 만족 스러움. 다만, 인테리어중인 로비로 인해 입구가 매우 지저분 했으며 노후된 에어컨으로 인해 객실이 너무 더웠음. 하루 지내기에는 견딜만 하지만, 다음 하노이 방문시에는 그냥 10불 더 주고 다른 호텔을 선택 할 것임.

Hotel needs upgrades in the rooms
It was nice overall due to its location in the old quarters. The room we stayed in had mold, the whole room needs upgrades. Luckily, the bed was clean and that was nice because we slept well in it.

Voyage par nous même: ce qui permet d'avoir une approche directe avec les habitants ,de découvrir la vie des habitants de Hanoi et leurs coutumes. Aucune difficulté de voyager dans ce pays sans passer par des opérateurs de voyage Tous les transports ,train ,taxi ,bus et à pied font le charme de la découverte de la ville

クラシックストリートのシックリしたホテル。
名前通りの、ハノイの旧市内のホアンキム湖から徒歩３～５分の、古い・小さなお店と露店が溢れていて・ツアー会社も山とある通りに面して、見失うほどの間口のホテルでした１回はツアーデスクで2階がレセプションです。私は安かったので、エレベーターの無い部屋でしたが、食堂からあがる奥の部屋にはエレベーターがありました。部屋は古く、バスタヴには栓がなく、ガムテープで塞いでお湯を入れると、熱湯がぬるま湯に変わる容量不足のお風呂でしたが、それ以外文句はありません。手入れの行き届いた家具も多く(但しベッドは新しい)床もしっかりしています。朝食は、必要なものは揃っていて、毎日少しずつメニューが代わり、フォーは注文してから出してくれる、とても親切な方式でした。味も満足です。レセプショニストも満足出来る人ばかりで、深夜でも(仮眠をしていますが)居ます。空港までの白タクは485,000D(20us$)で手配してくれました。Wi-Hiも充分で、なによりも場所がいい。
