The Space:
This cape style home offers a traditional floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room on the first floor. The well-equipped kitchen will make eating in a breeze! A dining room is located off the kitchen, offering space for enjoying meals together. Off the dining room is a comfortable living room with smart tv. A family room offering a smart tv could also be used a fourth bedroom or additional sleeping space as there is a futon. A full bathroom completes the first floor.

On the second floor, there are three bedrooms. The first and second bedroom have queen beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds. A full bath is also located on the second floor.

Outside the home is a beautiful lawn space, perfect for enjoying outdoor games and activities. A porch on the front of the home a great spot to releax in the evenings.

The home is just a few minutes from Tidal Falls Preserve, a great spot for exploring the tide pools at low tide. Kids will enjoy seeing all of the starfish, crabs and more! By jumping on the Schoodic Scenic Byway, you can travel to Schoodic Point, a gorgeous place for photos in the Schoodic section of Acadia.
