„Lovely venue, with a great lake view. House was clean, and check in was easy. Comfortable beds and bedding. A wonderful overnight stay for our group of 10.Minor complaint about some of the cleaning up items available (there were no dishwasher tablets available, so had to pop to the shop in the morning of check out to get some) Also there was no cork screw bottle opener so I couldn't open a bottle of wine :-(Otherwise it was a great experience“

"Insgesamt schönes Hotel. Unser Zimmer war relativ modern. Aus preisgründen haben wir ein Zimmer mit zwei Queenbetten genommen, weil ein Zimmer mit einem einzelnen Kingsize Bett teurer war. Ehrlich gesagt ist das Zimmer mit den zwei Queensize Betten etwas enger aber noch ok. Das Hotel rund 250 Zimmer, ist also relativ groß. Es gibt einen Pool, in kleines Gym und auch Hotpools neben der Gym sowie eine Spa. Personal war freundlich. Geparkt werden kann auf dem Gelände oder an der Straße. Beides ist kostenlos. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Ja, es riecht draußen häufig nach verhalten Eiern (Schwefelgeruch), aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts (kann auch mal in die Zimmer reinziehen beim Lüften). Der Umstand des Geruchs ist an einem Ort mit intensiver geothermischer Aktivität normal und sollte von allen Gästen akzeptiert werden. Frühstück war in Ordnung."
