„I was in town early for my daughter's wedding and needed a place to stay before my wedding condo was available. As it turned out, the unit was right next door to the Wedding Estate in Kingsmill. The unit was nicely appointed and decorated with great views of the James River from the back deck. It was within walking distance of the Marina, Golf Course, Tennis Club, Resort Center and Marina Restaurant. A great place to stay!!“

„Great property, great location and great host. The property was well maintained and well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the seating area outside. The location is dog friendly. We were given a welcome gift with snacks, laundry detergent, paper plates and a toy for our dog. We loved how the property was a short walk away to the beach. The location is away from the tourists area but yet close enough to visit. We absolutely loved it! “

„The location of this condo was excellent. There is lots to do nearby. It is well equipped with everyday essentials. If you like your morning coffee as I do, bring your own mug. The Keurig is a small 6oz maker. Though this did not hinder my stay at all. The pool was just outside and very convenient. There is an ice machine for all to use, by the pool. "Super Lage direkt am Strand, immer viel Platz am Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt in Gehdistanz, gutes Gym (leider funktionierte Klimaanlage nicht wirklich), genügend und grosse Pool-/Strandtücher. Personal am Front Desk nicht übermässig freundlich. Housekeeping nicht zuverlässig, obwohl zumindest kleiner Service jeden Tag versprochen wurde beim Check in. Sofa im Zimmer mit vielen Flecken, Balkon könnte mal gewischt werden, Teppich etwas unappetitlich. "
