„The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.“

We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!“

„SOOO Spacious!! Tons of open space - which we really enjoyed. SO many light switches. We did not find a book with instructions for the house. There were some lights that we were not able to turn off for some reason. Firm beds; HEAVY comforters - need a few lighter blankets in closets as options. GREAT kitchen to cook in! On the whole a well supplied kitchen. Not enough silverware though. Need more than 2 kitchen towels and 2 small hot polders; need a pair of scissors for the kitchen. I ...
