The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you want to relax indoors or get moving, the fitness room is ready for you. This gorgeous condo offers a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place. 1 mile from the beach, very close to local restaurants, grocery and shopping stores. It comes with all basic appliances and access to the Club House, Gym and Swimming Pool. It will sleep 4 adults and has 2 parking spaces available. Digital and Remote access to front door by August Spring Locks and keypad. After receiving the invite to download the August APP and register your information, you must enable the Bluetooth on the August App in order to connect to the front door lock. This our home and is not a Hotel, but we do provide linen and towels for your convenience. All we ask is to leave everything the way you find the condo when you arrived.
